we came here to enjoy a lovely strawberry storm with whey protein and a very berry smoothie. when we came in to pick it up, not only was the smoothie bitter, but the lady who gave us our drink was bitter. she had a bad attitude and after we said we were here for pickup she said “name.” then threw us our drinks and walked away without saying a word. it feels like somehow her bitterness rubbed off into our drinks. i love booster juice but this was an awful experience and really makes me hesitate wanting to come back.

I got a coupon for a free regular sized smoothie that I brought in a few days ago. The cashier was unsure if they still accepted them so she asked who I’m assuming is her manager; who told me without even looking at the coupon that they no longer take them. I was confused since I just received it and it says it expires on Dec 31st 2024 but decided not to question it so I just left. Today I was at Limeridge Booster Juice and they accepted the coupon and also expressed confusion as to why this location wouldn’t. I recommend going to Limeridge for a friendlier and more honest experience

Had an unfortunate experience from the manager today. As she was preparing my meal, she was going back & forth to cleaning/mopping the store; introducing bacteria to the food she was preparing.
This is a very serious matter & detrimental to public health & safety.
Please refresh your skills in food handling & practice them.

I had an Uber driver royally mess up my delivery. But the manager of this location, Victoria, made it right!She went above and beyond!!!She called Uber and rectified the when situation herself. I highly recommend this location as the food and beverage quality is 10/10 and if there are any issues, know that it will be handled professionally and promptly.Thank you so much, Victoria. I go into this booster juice location and spend $12 on a beverage and while I’m waiting for my drink I can’t even use the washroom facilities because you guys decided to make the public washroom staff only. I realize you don’t want homeless people in there and you may not want students in there but if a customer is buying a beverage I don’t see the problem in them using the washroom. The Covid pandemic is over get back to great customer service.
