My partner and I went in to get two shakes. My partner is lactose intolerant and the employee (I think her name was Pawar or something) gave him no suggestions on how to make the shake dairy free and left it up to him to figure out. Most of the time the staff are helpful and nice, but this girl didn't really care.Dietary restrictions: Employee didn't offer any suggestions on how to make the shake lactose free and left it up to us to figure out.

Person serving myself misheard my order and overcharged me for what I wanted to get. They told me they had to add an extra charge that I didn’t purchase to make up for their mistake - however charged more than what my original purchase was. Will not be returning to this location.

The inconsistency has to be the worst and most disappointing every time. I order the same thing every time and I either receive a proper smoothie consistency or literal sweet water, no in between. How are you incapable of properly making the item that your business was designed around?

Fresh juices are always my first choice of drinks. Booster Juice had it all. Above all this the service I’ve received from the clerk “Hiba” was phenomenal. Extremely great skills embedded on her. The best juice I had. Nice customer service way above expectations.
I went in this Christmas Eve 10 minutes before close and the employee “AMIL” was absolutely lovely.. so patient and kind and offering suggestions for my preference. There was no sense of rush, nothing but smiles and positive e energy! I can admit that as an employee I’d HATE this and their kindness is truly acknowledged and appreciated ! 5 stars for amil and merry Christmas xx

Previously, I didn't like any smoothies and avoided it at any cost. However, since my cousin was working there, I had to go visit. This experience changed my opinion on smoothies. It is for the first time I really liked it. Huge shout out to my cousin who will about to be the manager of the store and also the entire team. Can't wait for him to take over and take booster juice to new heights.Keep up the good work.

Was just there today at the heritage green plaza ,Aug 31 2023, with my son and the girl working there "D" had her long blonde hair hanging in her face etc as she was preparing ours and other customers drinks. Isn't there a policy regarding tying long hair back?

The mixed bowl was good. Drink was just OK.
