I have been here twice and both times the customer service is below the bar. They are incredibly rude while taking your order and at the window they are rude a blunt and just want you out of there and the order is never right and always tastes like it’s been sitting out for a while.

Service and food are alright, however menu boards always list items like the peach mango lemonade and strawberry watermelon lemonade that are “discontinued”. I don’t understand why they haven’t been removed from the menu boards??? Very disappointing when I order something off the menu board and they say they don’t have it.

Ordered twice and completely got my order wrong both times, very simple orders! My own fault for giving them the second chance, don’t order from here unless you want a mixed up order! Waste of money. How they get a chocolate milk mixed up with a regular milk is WILD.

I was told no cream for coffee, which is a big fail, on top of that it took over 15m to get my mobile take out order and I was the only one ordering. This is supposedly a fast food restaurant. One of the employees actually came out with a tray of food for herself while I continued to wait for a few more minutes. When I inquired about my order taking a long time, she started making it. I will avoid this location in the future.
