came to this place, heard it was great then my cup came out to 22 dollars. Insane price for not alot of frozen yogurt or toppings. Would not recommend or come here again!

I enjoy the frozen yogurt and all of the flavors. But it's definitely more expensive then other places. Also we asked if the scale was zeroed to factor in the cup, and the girl had no idea what we were talking about.

I actually really really really loved the frozen yogurt taste-wise. It was delicious. I liked the flavor options and that I control how much I put in. The topping bar was not impressive to me and I opted for no toppings...it didn't need it. My guy got chocolate with m&ms on-top. I found it extremely overpriced, however, it was so yummy I didn't mind. I'll definitely go back ❤️ and I'd definitely recommend it (I just caution you about cost....it was $20 for what's seen in the picture)

Drove an hour into town for this froyo as i’ve been here many times in the past when living in Hamilton. First the froyo was watery when it came out. Left a bad impression but I just let it run for a bit. No biggie. Next I had to wait 7 mins for a cashier??? Not sure what’s with that but then the scale was broken so she couldn’t weigh the froyo cup. Already waiting another 5 mins, no explanation until I asked what’s the matter. Okay there’s a promo for $2.65 just multiply it by the weight of my froyo cup. I already had cash out waiting to pay. Won’t be back, went to Mcdonald’s instead

Visited on July 7 and had a shocking experience. The store advertises frozen yogurt at $2.65 per 100g, which seems fair—until I got to the counter. After serving myself a moderate portion, I was stunned when the total came to over $37. That would mean I somehow took more than 1 kilogram (over 2.2 pounds) of frozen yogurt—which is simply not possible.
I asked to see the scale and noticed something was off. It appears the scale was not properly zeroed, or something shady was going on. I caught them in the act, and yet they still insisted the weight was correct.
Be cautious if you go here—double-check the scale yourself before you pay. What seems like a fun self-serve treat could end up being a massive overcharge.
Really disappointing and dishonest. I won’t be returning.

I drove to this location all the way from burlington and arrived here at 10:15 pm. I double checked their website and it read that this location was open until 11pm. When I arrived I tried to open the doors and they were locked. There was a sign at the front door’s saying this location was open until 11pm as well. I am very disappointed considering I drove all the way to this location arrived 45 minutes before close and the doors were locked!
