The store's operational concept, which eliminates attendants and sales representatives, presents notable accessibility issues. Customers are required to place orders exclusively through a touchscreen interface, a system that inherently excludes individuals with low technological literacy or vision impairments. This, combined with a substantial 15-20 minute preparation time before order fulfillment at a pickup window, creates a cumbersome user experience. The establishment does offer both dine-in and take-out service.

Terrible experience. The food was average, portions were tiny, and absolutely not worth the price. My friend’s order came first—he warned me it wasn’t good and portions were a joke. I asked for a refund, but the employee refused, saying the manager “didn’t give the code for refund.” Pathetic service on top of bad food. Definitely never coming back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Chaat Spot – Indian Street Eats is an absolute gem! The place is super clean, and the hygiene standards are impressive, which makes enjoying their food even better. Their chaat is hands down the best in Niagara Region– fresh, flavorful, and perfectly spiced.
The portions are generous, the food is yummy, and the prices are very reasonable, giving excellent value for money. Staff is friendly, service is quick, and the overall vibe is welcoming.
Highly recommend a visit – Chaat Spot is a must-try for every food lover!

-order system was good
- one man show
-We ordered only one item- masala Indian chai, after waiting for 15 minutes the chai was too big a disappointment. We asked if he could add cream because it was watery he said NO. We asked why is like this, he said it is a premix powder added to water. Finally when we wanted to cancel the order, he offered to make it again with milk(initially said no) but we were not willing to spend another extra 15 minutes after staying for 20 minutes just for a cup of tea. Refund was by cash.
-attitude of the worker was not good

We had a truly disappointing experience here and left feeling frustrated and misled. On our way back from Toronto to Buffalo, we stopped by this place because it looked clean and modern. Although there was a strong smell upon entering, we didn’t mind — we love Indian food and enjoy street food, so the restaurant’s name really appealed to us. We were looking forward to a quick and flavorful meal before catching our flight.
Between this restaurant and Lazeez (just two doors down), my 8-year-old daughter chose this one because she wanted to try the avocado masala sandwich. Before ordering, we specifically asked whether the sandwich was spicy, as she absolutely cannot tolerate any spice. The person at the counter assured us multiple times that it was not spicy at all — in fact, he even said it was sweet. We asked again to confirm, especially since the item was listed under the “Hot and Spicy” category on the menu board.
Unfortunately, the sandwich turned out to be very spicy — even for my husband and me, and we come from a culture known for eating spicy food. Our daughter couldn’t eat it at all and ended up in tears, hungry and upset, and we didn’t have time to get anything else. When we returned the sandwich and explained, the staff member insisted it wasn’t spicy by his standard, completely ignoring the fact that we had made it clear our daughter couldn’t handle any spice.
To make things worse, my lamb chops — which were promised in 5–10 minutes — didn’t arrive even after 40 minutes. My son’s butter chicken finally came after 30 minutes, but it was too late for him to eat much since we were running out of time. When I asked for a refund for the lamb chops, I was told they were already being packed. We took them to go, but they tasted like plastic and were inedible.
We truly enjoyed our 7-day trip to Niagara Falls and Toronto — this was the only negative experience we had during our entire vacation. I would not recommend this restaurant, but if you do decide to go, please be cautious. Do not rely on the person at the counter (a young-looking man — I’m not sure if he was the owner or just a staff member, but he was the only one there) for accurate information about the food or wait times. Otherwise, you may end up feeling just as misled. His attitude wasn’t rude or angry, but he was not honest — and that’s what made the experience especially disappointing.
