Very clean place. The young Asian lady is very friendly.

Made my drinks perfectly i came nearly closing time even with rush of customers made my drinks with perfection surely coming back

Ordered via Uber eats, the store just cancelled my order when I’ve been waiting for it to update for 5 mins.

They closed at 8 and I ordered way before 720.

I tried to call and they cannot be reached.

This was not the first time this happened. The employee admitted to me before she disable their online ordering because she is “busy”.

I am not sure if the owner is aware of this.

We ordered from Gong Cha instead.

Coco’s is one of my favourite places to order bubble tea, but I had the worst first visit at this location tonight. The girl serving us was incredibly rude—she raised her voice while we were ordering and threw our straws at us when handing over the drinks.

We tried to order two large Bubble Gagas. She rudely told us they were out of green tea (which we understood—it was half an hour before close), so we asked if we could get the exact same drink with black tea instead as a substitute. She rudely told us we couldn’t have the same toppings because it’s a different drink, we said we would separately to add all those toppings if it was because of code difference, she still said she could not do those toppings because “passion fruit wouldn’t taste good in the black tea”. Even after we explained that we’d like to go ahead with it, she kept giving us attitude.

She took 5 customers orders after us before staring to make our drinks and she treated all of them poorly too—raising her voice, obviously irritated when they tried to order drinks with green tea and giving them attitude.
One customer who tried to pay with a $50 bill was turned away with a rude comment that they don’t accept those bills.
I won’t be returning to this location again. I’d rather make the drive downtown.

Tastes like drugs. They made it really fast and put leeches in my drink.

If you want to see visual representation of Kitchen Nightmares, this is the place to be. Service was very slow and unprofessional. A family of 4 asked them how long it was going to take but the team looked at them for a second and turned around and started talking to each other.
Two stars because the drinks were mostly ok.

Says they are open at 12PM Sundays on Google Maps and on their store hours sign, but the place was closed when I came to the store at 12:15PM....

Great service! We came at a very busy time and there was one girl working. She was very polite even though there were so many orders she had online and in person.

The service was terrible. The employe was so rude and did not pay any attention to detail when i was ordering. Dont go here unless you want to be treated bad👎

Great spot nestled in the corner of the Costco / Metro mall - sadly, they seem terribly understaffed with only one brave lady working the store - managing walk-ins, online orders, and the kitchen.

Management needs to pull their socks up and make sure they are well staffed.

Oh, and the drinks were great and well made, and we thoroughly enjoyed them.

I recently visited this Coco location and I was severely disappointed. The service was incredibly slow, and it felt like the staff didn’t care about the customers. I don’t even blame them because everytime I’ve come in, it’s always high schoolers being overworked and on their own through rushes, even at night! Once witnessed a teenager have to tell people she couldn’t take orders because they were closed but still busy! I waited forever for my order, and when I finally got it, the drink was watery and lacked flavor. The tapioca pearls were overcooked and mushy, which ruined the whole experience. I expected a lot more for the price I paid. Other locations are much better! I won’t be returning anytime soon!
