CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice

I came into the store last night and ordered three bubble teas. I frequently come to the store about one to two times a week and have never had an issue and the usual ladies that have been there have always been very kind. Last night was an exception, the one bubble tea that was made for us tasted absolutely disgusting and it’s a bubble tea that I’ve had in the past so I would recognize what it would taste like. I advised the worker that was working that it tasted like something has gone bad. Both workers argued with me that they made it as instructed and that it shouldn’t taste bad. I advised them that I’ve gotten this bubble tea before and something does not taste right in it. They said they can make me another one. I asked if I could have a different flavour as I was turned off by the taste of the last one. I did ask them as I used points to get that bubble tea as a free one if the bubble tea that they were making to replace this one would be free, they said it would not be as there is nothing wrong with my bubble tea. The customer service was absolutely horrible. They were extremely rude and no apology or anything of any sort to try to resolve the issue.

Delicious drinks, clean, modern and spacious location. However, I’ve noticed this specific location puts less tapioca pearls in their drinks compared to other CoCo’s. I also wish it opened past 8 p.m.

Update: I go here regularly and there’s always only 1 staff member working and extremely long lineups. I waited 40 minutes for 2 drinks. The store manager really needs to hire more employees.

Yesterday (Saturday) around 2:30pm, I experienced a taller white teenager be verbally abusive and condescending to another brown female employee. He did nothing, and had her work cash, and also make the drinks. Additionally, he blew his nose, washed his hands for 2 seconds and did not use soap and went to Make people’s drinks. I asked him if he is going to wash his hands and he gave me attitude. I ended up asking for a refund and calling him out for his Behaviour especially his disrespect to the brown female employee (who was lovely and a hard worker). I am not sure if this is the type of person you want represent your store, but if it is, you can be certain you are 1) going to deter people from doing business with you 2) have your good employees leave.

I hope you investigate this.

RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL worker!

Visited on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 afternoon.
That was my last time buying there, unless they change something.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING THERE!

Very poor customer service, disrespectful worker and really bad experience visiting this place!

Waited for about 30 minutes just to order. Next, the guy messed my order, refused to fix it, even though I was willing to pay more for it, and he said, that you can leave the review if you are not ok with this!!!

That how it works these days!???

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Out of 6 items in my order, only 2 were prepared properly. Very frustrated.
After I asked to fix it, which I believe was not an issue to fix, I was told, that it was his misunderstanding and he cannot do anything with this, and if I am not agree, so the only thing I can do is to leave a review!? This guy was very discourteous and disrespectful.
Looking at the past reviews, I see that something is not right with this place!!

I went to store at 7.15 pm and guy was not paying proper attention to take are order. I Ask for two drink one with sugar and one without sugar. Both drink had same portions of sugar. I will not recommend anyone to go.

30 min to pickup a bubble tea. Worst customer service ever

Yesterday morning I got a mango green tea and it was delicious the server was so nice and accommodating to all my requests. Will definitely be coming back!!!

There was only one person working and there was 11 people in line I felt really bad for her and I wanted to help but I didn’t know how to

Ordered a taro slush and come to find out I still have big chunks of ice in my drink. Not sure how you can mess this up especially when the store isn’t busy. Looking at past reviews and others had the same issue. Seems to be a consistent problem at this location. Won’t be coming back.

Will never go here again! More than half of my smoothie was huge chunks of ice.

Pretty standard Coco location. Only 1 staff is working there and it’s not very busy the time we got there. She is helpful and polite.

What an amazing tea and excellent speed of service. I visited this place for the first time and was really impressed with the cleanliness, and the way I was serviced was outstanding topped up with a very tasty drink. Thank you, Miss Mysha.
