Great spot nestled in the corner of the Costco / Metro mall - sadly, they seem terribly understaffed with only one brave lady working the store - managing walk-ins, online orders, and the kitchen.

Management needs to pull their socks up and make sure they are well staffed.

Oh, and the drinks were great and well made, and we thoroughly enjoyed them.

On April 16, 2024, I ordered two drinks and had to cancel them. I don't know why they let an inexperienced person mix the drinks or work alone. After 15 minutes, my order is still not ready. I walked in to check and saw one gal mixing the drinks and one gal taking orders. She had to look up the instructions or the recipe sheet every couple of seconds.

Great place for bubble tea and other frozen Asian inspired drinks. Always has a steady flow of people as this place is very popular. Staff is friendly and can assist with recommending what drink you may like if you're not familiar with bubble tea.
