Visited for the first time yesterday and we were served by an absolutely lovely woman who had such a friendly and welcoming attitude. During chatting with her we learned about her passion for the food industry and made us feel like she has a pride in her work which was very refreshing. So let's start off at the bottom, they lost my order.. then found out and gave some of the greatest customer service I could only ask for! Stellar, normally I would say at least 4 star, but go check them out! Worth it for sure for the food alone, but honestly such great friendly service. Can't be beat!

Had sub delivered by skip the dishes. Main item missing on sub. Called Firehouse and told we had to call skip the dishes. How is this their problem? Poor service when customer has to call delivery for issues. Attic pizza did the same and we no longer order from them. Take care of your own mistakes.

I’m a dentist in the area and I’ve been supporting this location since it opened Britney is a manager she is above amazing she’s super compassionate with all customers she’s always has a great big smile that lights up the room and she knows the brand inside out suggesting any dietary restrictions if you ever get a chance ask for Britney and just say hello because she makes your day
