I ordered from an app for pickup. I guess they don't greet you anymore when a customer enters the store. The approximate time for my food to be ready was 12:02 and I arrived about 5 minutes early. There was a rack for online pick up orders but it was empty. I waited and 4 customers came in and were given their food and no one acknowledged that I was waiting. At 12:15 I went and asked if they had an online order for Doug and they looked through their order slips and said no....
