Bad service, I walked in and no one was at the counter and this sign was over the register. I had to order my food through the app even though I was standing in the store and no one would help me.

Great place to geta nice healthy bite to eat!No complaints about the service took no time at all for the food to come out and there's some cute spots to sit inside. :)
Vegetarian options: Most of their dishes are vegetarian and if not you can make a custom bowl to your exact needs!
Parking: It's in a mall parking lot so you should have no trouble finding parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Theres a ramp to get into freshii so there also should not be a problem there.

I cannot believe this. The salad bowl they gave me was smelling rotten. I had the falafel Mezza bowl and it smelt rotten when I came home to properly eat it. I had eaten some bites it in the car and just didn’t realize the smell then. I come home and my mom smelt the food and then I took a whiff at it and the falafels were rotten smelling. I have this often so I am aware of how it should smell. This is so ridiculous that they gave rotten food. Please don’t go to this location.

Ate here everyday last year and actually lost a significant amount of weight from it but the app is now so different and I hate it. Its so confusing to order now. Keep things simple! Why was it changed at all? I hate that there is no promos anymore so if you want the deal of the day you have to walk in, can't order online for pickup. Last year i ordered 5 days a week. Now this year maybe once every 2-3 weeks because I hate the app so much now. I give the app a -5 stars.

Not coming back as there portion in bowl keeps reducing and price keeps increasing. Please go to Fifty rd,South service locations and you be surprised with the difference. Thank
