I would give 0 stars. Ordered two wraps we both took about two giant bites and then threw them out. Dry, no emulsion nor any incorporation of ingredients to create flavour. Just healthy ingredients in a wrap. I don’t get it. Won’t be returning.

Please talk to the girl that works here during the daytime. She puts a teaspoon of dressing on. I'm a regular and this is now the third time my bowl has basically had 0 dressing. Not coming here anymore going to drive to the upper james location where they put the proper amount of sauce on. Disappointed the last 3 times I've been to this location.

I picked up a kale caesar with chicken last week. It was flavourless, very dry and just awful. I quickly put together my own dressing at home, which did solve the dryness issue but should not have been necessary. When you charge $18 for a salad the dressing should be of top calibre and clearly visible. IQ had it right in downtown Toronto - really miss their salads. If you’re going to grab a kale caesar from this place I would recommend asking for the dressing on the side. Maybe it’s okay? I honestly have no idea, my salad was bone dry.

I like Freshii as it’s a convenient way to stack protein in a delicious smoothie (chocolate peanut butter’s my go-to). And it’s nice that they offer a whey version and not just a vegan one.
But I’d be lying if I said this location wasn’t my favourite. The two ladies who work here are the best. Their kind demeanour and warmth always make for a great experience, even if it’s a short one. And they don’t mess around when preparing orders. Portions are always hearty to say the least.
Plus if there’s extra smoothie in the blender they’ll give it to you in an extra cup.
