If you are going to eat from Gino's ,this location is your best bet . I don't know what it is,but their pizza tastes better than the other locations. The employees also noticably work hard and act professional.

My family used to order from this location all the time when I was a little kid! I now go with my boyfriend at least twice a month at the age of 23! The staff has not changed anything about how they make the pizza and how they treat the customers who buy the pizza! The pizza has been the same amazing quality for years, and the team is so incredibly kind. You can tell that they are hard working and loyal to their customers, as shown by their consistency. One guy stands out in particular for always hustling in there while making time to have great conversations with us! I’ll make sure to get his name next time!! Thank you Gino’s!!!

Been eating this location for 25+ years, starting from pizza day at eastdale. The only Ginos location that is worth a damn. Owner and staff are class acts. My go to is pepperoni bacon crumble and hot pepper. Try it, best pizza toppings hands down.

delivery service is terrible, lazy & incompetent. the food is amazing but the lack of customer service & delivery is absurd. I was told after being rejected by 2 stores that I could not place an order for takeout because "I'm too far". mind you I'm located about 2.5km from the stoney creek location & was denied service. I was directed to another store which gave me the same answer, it makes no sense that I can order from mall road (on Uber eats) to this location but not from stoney creek which is much closer. customer service was a nightmare & did nothing to help the situation, i was told that there is nothing that could be done about it so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

If I could give this slum place zero stars I would. I saw a help wanted sign on the door. The Chinese guy I’m guessing that owns the place saw me standing there, wouldn’t talk to me, then when I inquired about the help wanted sign he said rudely “ we already got people. We only need drivers.” Like don’t have to be rude, just say you’re racist and won’t hire me. We ordered wings it was dried up and nasty
