Last time I had it was way more (and possibly thicker?) sauce. No green onions in it this time either.The other couple with us each got a pasta dish and they had to get a pizza to share after because they felt the pasta portions were too small.In all, was fairly expensive for what we had. 1 app, 2 pastas, 1 gf shareable pasta, 1 pizza, 1 beer and a specialty coffee was $220 before tip!!

A Symphony of Disappointment: Industria Pizza and Bar (Stoney Creek) onlyOur family's longstanding patronage of Industria Pizza and Bar came crashing down during our recent visit, leaving us profoundly disheartened. Amidst the cacophony of shortcomings, the blaring music stands out as a notable detractor from what was once a cherished dining experience.The decibel levels of the music were so deafeningly high that holding a conversation with a fellow diner became an exercise in futility. This persistent auditory assault made it nearly impossible to enjoy the company of those seated beside us, detracting significantly from the social aspect of dining out.Compounding this auditory assault was the lack of clarity in the sound system, which rendered even the most familiar tunes indistinguishable amidst the muffled bass. This deficiency was particularly noticeable during peak hours when the restaurant was bustling with activity.In addition to the auditory assault, the abysmal customer service attitude exhibited by the waiter tarnished what used to be a cherished dining destination. Over the span of three hours, the waiter displayed a shocking lack of concern for our satisfaction, evident from the moment I requested a simple Diet Coke. Despite multiple attempts to flag down assistance, our needs were consistently overlooked.Adding insult to injury was the lackluster quality of the food. Our pizza arrived soggy and undercooked, indicative of a careless approach in the kitchen. To exacerbate matters, there was no follow-up to gauge our satisfaction or address our concerns.The nadir of our experience occurred when, I was asked to clear half of our table settings. This intrusive request shattered any semblance of hospitality and left us feeling unwelcome.As if to underscore our dissatisfaction, upon returning from accompanying my son to the restroom, I found our table cluttered with six take-out pizza boxes, occupying my seat. This egregious oversight epitomized the disregard for customer experience evident throughout our visit.In the face of such overwhelming auditory chaos, our dissatisfaction with the overall experience was further amplified. The combination of indifferent service, subpar food quality, and an environment that inhibits meaningful interaction has led us to the regrettable decision to forego any future visits to Industria Pizza and Bar.It's disheartening to witness the decline of what was once a beloved establishment, but until significant improvements are made, we cannot in good conscience recommend it to others seeking an enjoyable dining experience.

First time coming here and it did not disappoint! The food was just amazing, we got so much to try and everything was great. The pasta is soooo fresh it’s literally made right there! Same with the pizza dough. Our server Abbey was so great! So quick and friendly. Definitely made our first experience so amazing. We loved her! 10/10 recommend

Was disappointed with the service, clumsy and not very friendly, sat with a large group in the room bye the washrooms, but when one of our guests left she had a bad fall to the ground due to a step that was hard to see,no lighting to show the hazard, I had suggested to the manager to have the guests informed of this hazard and the response and or accommodation was very lackadaisical

Had the pleasure of hosting my daughter’s Confirmation at Industria in the VIP room. This was my first time here and I was very impressed. Kendra assisted me in my event planning and was very kind and helpful.Our waitress was nothing short from amazing. Food was excellent and all our guests were raving about how great the food, atmosphere and employees were. 5 stars all around! Thank you for your hospitality. My daughter loved her special day.

Food and atmosphere was very good. Our server was very friendly, but after we got our food we never saw her again. Needed napkins and drink refill, but no one came back to the table. We had been done eating and waited quite a while when I had just decided to get up to find any server so I could pay, she finally came back.This is a fairly new location and I understand staff is new, I hope they train them better and next time is a better experience.

Love this location! The service is wonderful! The food is delicious and arrives quickly. My girlfriend and I started out with the artichoke dip. Nice and hot and a large portion too. I have had the gnocchi and ravioli and pizza. Again, Delicious! The last two times our server was Haia. So cheerful and very helpful. When unsure about what to order between a few dishes Haia was quick to give a description of the meal to assist me in deciding. Thank Haia! I’m sure we will be seeing you again soon.I highly recommend this restaurant and this location.
