Started coming here recently for our weekly date night. We were originally going to Jack astros in hamilton ….they’re fine but Kelsey’s at Winona is light years ahead. Food has been consistently good, service has been great and atmosphere is cool at night with the garage door lifted and patios. 10/10. Keep it up !!
