Total disappointment, at other locations professional and good. Made order and other orders were filled and ours not. Hade to wait 1 hr. Till I had to cancel the order, because I was told , it would take another 20 min. Unexpectable. Not going to use this restaurant again.

I have frequented KFC since the 60’s, today I went through the drive thru for a 4 piece box meal, asked pull around to the other side of the building and they would bring it out, after about 30 minutes I went inside to find out what was going on. After 45 minutes I received my order, went home to eat to find greasy fatty chicken and cold dried out fries. The coleslaw and Pepsi were fine. What a waste of time and money, off my list now after more than 50 years.

I was the only car in drive thru and no one was in the restaurant and they gave me the wrong order. It’s as if they decided what my family was going to eat instead of fulfilling my order. I tried to call them (4 times) and no one bothered to pick up the phone. Don’t waste your money at this location - the service has reached an all time low. It used to be a fantastic spot and one that I have been a customer of for over 15 years but no more. KFC and managers, you need to do better!

At lunch time went through the drive thru..I was told to wait off to the side... I ended up walking in to the store to get my food... waited to long it was just a chicken sandwich you may as well close the drive thru... or hire good people! All these franchises have gone in the dumper! It's sad of what this once a great land of opportunity has become!

Went today for two big crunch sandwich combos, one spicy one regular. They took forever int be drive thru, probably 20 minutes each car 🤦‍♀️.. and we had to repeat our order multiple times and even was asked at the window if it was two spicy sandwichs. when we finally got our food and went to eat we found both sandwiches didn’t come with lettuce. thought they didn’t originally come with any but come to find out on the website it was supposed to. not happy with this location at all, no chicken sandwich is complete without lettuce.

Was just in this location and witnessed staff be rude and completely ignored a deaf woman. She was visibly upset as was I. I don't want to sound rude but if you do not have the means or patience to interact with a customer then do not work there. As I have a family member in a similar situation this made me sick to my stomach. I have now complained to KFC Corporate, have failed to respond. What a disgusting display of culture. Shame on the workers and shame on the establishment. I truly hope anyone who reads this never visits the Colonel again

I had never experienced such incompetence in my life. We place a pickup order for two crispy chicken sandwich combos with upgraded large fries and a spicy zinger wrap. We asked for extra mayo and lettuce. We show up and they had forgotten our order. We are told to wait 7 minutes, we waited for 30. In the middle of us waiting we get told they ran out of fries and they can give us onion rings (it’s 7:55pm and they close at 10:30) there was maybe 3 tiny pieces of lettuce a little bit of onion rings and no tomatoes on the wrap. They barely had any orders and had so much employees. It is truly a shame they are being paid minimum wage for the work they work. Ruined kfc for me.

I've been to this KFC several times since moving back to Stoney Creek last year. The service has always been terrible, but on occasion they do get the food right. Last night, I decided to use some coupons that were delivered in the mail, so I went in again. There was 1 woman waiting for food & 2 delivery service drivers waiting for orders plus 1 car in the drive thru. I waited for 10 minutes without even being acknowledged before I just gave up & left.

I've worked previously as a restaurant manager back in the 80s and 90s, and I recognize when a business is trying to cut labour costs. They do this because food & labour costs are both the largest expenses and labour is the one most directly under the management's control. The under-schedule shifts & make the people who do work those shifts do the work of 2 or more employees. Alternatively, they force salaried managers or assistant managers whose salaries are fixed costs to do the work of hourly employees. This is a strategy that leads to reviews like this one & others that this location has.

If I could give them no stars, I would.

Where do I begin? I arrived at the restaurant and was told my pick up order would be ready in 5 minutes. While I was waiting, a couple came in complaining that their delivery order was the wrong food and wanted a refund for the delivery because they had to come back for the correct food and they weren’t answering their phones in the store. While all of this is happening, another customer came in complaining that they forgot to give them the popcorn chicken they ordered. FINALLY. After a half hour. I got my 6 piece tender and fries. Complete chaos in that store and the three employees running it that night should be ashamed of themselves.

I am Mohammed, a delivery worker. I work in more than hundreds of restaurants, but I have never seen a company like KFC delay orders. If you have an order, you might wait half an hour or more, and the reason is that there are two workers. Unfortunately, the management is a failure.
