Food was not served properly ! Quantity was very less and there’s no chicken on chicken on the rocks , only rice was there in the box. Food was given by girl in the evening shift near about 9:30. At the end the service was not good.

Beef was so so however chicken was better. When ordering food, one would expect a consistent taste.

I ordered a few things and they really give the bare minimum. Not even one full scoop of chicken and they barely put any veggies on. I had a similar experience the 1st time and thought I’d give this location a 2nd chance. Never again.

Nice restaurant with good service but the wraps or bowls are so westernized there is no authenticity to it.

I am writing this so may be the owner can look into it.

The food at Lazeez Shawarma is decent, but their customer service is frustrating. They almost never pick up the phone, so if you want to place an order ahead of time to save yourself the wait, it’s pretty much impossible. This becomes even more inconvenient if you have a special order that requires extra prep time.

When you go in person, they often say they’re “very busy,” but it doesn’t usually look that way. You end up having to wait regardless, which defeats the whole purpose of trying to call ahead.

Overall, the food is okay, but the lack of responsiveness and customer service makes the experience less enjoyable.

I wish i can rate 0 stars. The indian girl with glasses is extremely rude with bad attitude. She got zero customer service. She really dont know how to behave professionally. She is giving orders to customers regarding what to order or not in rude tone. These kind of people will shut the business soon. I donot recommend anyone to visit their store. There are tons of store.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant last night. I arrived around 10:30 and ordered food which came after several minutes. After that between 10:40 and 10:50 PM with plans to enjoy a meal, knowing that the posted closing time is 11 PM. However, on three separate occasions, staff told me to clean up and leave, making it clear they wanted everyone out well before closing. This constant pressure to finish quickly and leave early made my visit very stressful and unwelcome. As someone who respects posted hours, it’s frustrating when a business doesn’t honor them, especially when it means customers aren’t given the chance to finish their meal comfortably. If the staff consistently starts shutting things down and signaling for cleanup before closing, it completely undermines the dining experience and discourages future visits. I hope management reconsiders how late-hour guests are treated, as I left feeling very let down by what should have been a simple late-night meal. Never going to lazeez.

Utterly disappointed. I just picked up a chicken Shawarma platter and for $18 it was a rip off. There was barely any chicken and a very thin layer of rice and that too with a raised bottom ( of the container) it felt like there was barely any food. i feel its almost like ‘legalized robbery’- pathetic
. Clearly since they don’t state the quantity they can easily choose who gets more / less. The appetizers at Kelsey’s have larger portions for cheaper than a meal at Lazeez. Seriously- There should be a law against establishments that rip their customers off this way. They should make it mandatory for restaurants to weigh the food - X grams of rice and X grams of meat- at least that way everyone knows what they are paying for and they get the same amount. This really should come from the top down/ head office- the franchises owners and staff don’t care about the damage this will do to the brand- the head office should find a way to deal with this.
