Shawarma poutine always slaps.Edit: Have to downgrade due to inconsistencies with shawarma poutine availability. Either out of fries or gravy. Happens way too often. Seems management is pretty poor here. Sadly will be finding a different shawarma place for this item so I don't waste my time anymore.

Disappointing ExperienceI am compelled to leave a review after experiencing the worst service at this establishment. I requested a simple accommodation while ordering a chicken salad, asking for the chicken to be placed in a separate container to prevent my salad from becoming soggy. The employee's response was dismissive and unhelpful, insisting that I order a side of chicken in addition to the salad. Despite my explanation that I only wanted the normal amount of chicken for the salad, the employee insisted on charging me for two separate items, instead of simply placing my chicken (that was a part of the salad) in a separate container, so I could get home to eat it without it being soggy.The lack of understanding and refusal to accommodate a simple request was disappointing. The employee's condescending attitude and eye-rolling only added to the negative experience. It was absurd to be expected to pay extra for additional food I did not want or need. The interaction left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer.I have no intention of revisiting this store after such a frustrating encounter. While I empathize with the need to maintain profitability, the lack of basic customer service and unreasonable charges for a basic request have left me with a lasting impression of poor service. Pretty mediocre food! I found a rock in my shawarma rice, and since then I have not been back! The chicken didnt have any flavour to which they add bland garlic sauce and hot sauce. Not authentic shawarma by any means. They are always playing weird indian music and have a weird vibe to restaurant too. Cringe and Gross!
