Too slow, even got simple order wrong, employees have bad attitudes

Very disappointing and insulting experience today with the Fiesta Mall manager. I ordered online, there was a special offered for online orders if you spend $25 or more you get free crazy bread. I ended up spending $68 dollars on pizza. I selected the activate offer button and completed my order. When I went to pick up my order there was no crazy bread. I asked the employee and he said it was not included and I would have to pay. I explained the online offer and he looked at me as if he didn’t believe me. I ended up showing him the online offer and he would still not include the crazy bread because he said it wasn’t on my order. I explained to him that I selected it and by the fact that I was showing him the offer and that I spent $68 that I would qualify for the offer. He was adamant not to include the crazy bread. I had to explain customer service one oh one to him that he was wrong and that he should not be losing a customer for $3 bag of crazy bread. This was the MANAGER!!! I was dealing with!!! I honestly don’t know where people’s brains and decision making is anymore! If this was my store I would be pulling this manager in and having a heart to heart talk with with about what is right and what is wrong.

Very generous with topping and I think they are very high quality. It’s always very consistent and never to dry. The pizza portal is a good idea. I order on the app and within 15 mins I have a customer ordered pizza ready.
Edited Jan 30. 2 food stars I picked up a hot and ready, the crust changed it’s no where near as good as it used to be to be. I hope this is just temporary (supply shortage?) because I really didn’t like it all all. I couldn’t eat the crust it was that bad. If someone can, can you let me know if this is a permanent change? This was one of my favourite places for pizza. Staff was great as usual.

Kahnji I was awesome I came in really close to closing time and she didn’t hesitate to still take my order and help me out! Its rare these days to go to fast food or takeout place and they actually serve you until they close! She made me fresh pizzas and I really appreciate it !

Ordered pizza here several times. Three times they put burning hot peppers on one spot and it was really bad. I hate hot peppers. Maybe try hiring adults instead of kids because they can't get anything right.

Deep dish Canadian pizza is always a good choice and mine that day.
I usually have a good experience order off uber or going into the restaurant. I love crazy bread.Stuffed crazy bread and Hawaiian pizza usually good.Usually I order the crazy bread combo and and it is anywhere from good to great... but today was to good at all. Hardly any cheese/butter/oil/garlic on the bread. Just a bread stick. I' very disappointed.

I like it and I've never had any issues with any orders from this location. I mostly get the medium pepperoni stuffed crust. I love the garlic parmesan that they put on the crust. I'll try the pepperoni stuffed cups next time.
