Ordered online for delivery. Food was hot and delicious. Fish was not greasy. Batter was still crispy even when cold. Best fish and chips. The shrimp that came with the order was cooked to perfection. The free order of spring rolls was so flavourful and again not greasy even when cold. Will ? be ordering again

The man behind the counter was very nice. I was busy moving and I needed a couple of paper plates. He happily gave them to me even though he was running low. I offered to pay but he said no problem. I will go back and try his food for sure. Thank You very much.

I ordered the family pack + shrimp (5 piece of halibut) plus an extra piece of fish. Our order was placed incorrectly and we were missing food. We contacted the restaurant immediately notifying them of the mistake. Rather than acknowledging the error, they argued and insisted they get back to me because they were busy. The fries were cold and the fish, though most expensive, was dry.
We received a complimentary ramekin sized coleslaw for 5 people. If you spend $70, you get two ramekin sized slaws for your family…

Bought Fish and chips for 5. Expensive, sub par Fish and chips. Fries were soggy, fish was soggy and tough. Order was misunderstood by staff, and no effort to rectify our issue. First and last time I will purchase from Lucky's. Maybe my experience was just Unlucky.

We decided to stop and try .Glad we did. Fish was cooked perfectly .Not greasy and delicious . Chips were cut with skins on and also not greasy and perfectly cooked . Their coleslaw was creamy yet crunchy . ?

Pre ordered and paid for 345 pick up days prior and didn't receive our food until 425pm. It was ok but wouldn't say worth the wait. Understand it's good Friday but don't take pre orders if your running that far behind or prepare better in advance. May give it another shot in the future.
what a complete joke these people don't know how to run a pick up for good Friday hrs behind ....so much for pre order weeks in advance they ran around and they were confused . won't ever go here again
