I live by Mudd and Paramount, I deliberately drive to this location!! Every single time we order breakfast, the burritos hot and fresh, sausage McMuffin hot and fresh, hash browns HOT AND FRESH!! Key words people, this location always delivers and superb customer service! Very friendly, keep up the great work team : )

Big thank you to whoever served the drive thru this afternoon, my card didn't work and i had minimal cash. It was my only meal today so far, halfway through a 12 hour shift. Seriously, thank you.
Tyler and Katie were so sweet when interacting with my little boy in the short time we were waiting for our food. This location clearly trains their employees right. Easily the best location in the city. Keep up the good work.

They are not open 24 hours. Was there at 3:30am and the drive thru was closed.

We had to wait for French fries but I asked for a cheeseburger with just cheese and pickles and got no cheese on my burger, just the pickles despite it being wrapped and labelled with a cheeseburger tag. The workers were friendly but not the best overall experience

I was at the McDonald’s on Centennial Street, and there were a lot of high school students who came to eat during their lunch break. I had brought my kids because we were going to the pool afterward. The students were being quite loud and using inappropriate language. The lady who worked there went to talk to them twice, asking them to watch their language and calm down. As a teacher, I really appreciated her intervention.

The shift manager, Desiree, is awesome possum and super friendly. You can tell she runs a tight ship. She should probably be promoted to store manager.
There also this amazing staff member with her make up on point that also deserves a shout out. Extremely great customer service skills and always greet customers with a smile.
Sincerely- the Asian in the white pick up truck

I will start this review off stating that a couple months ago I almost left this place a really good review when I started going there because most of the staff are very nice and friendly. The store is usually well kept for the most part when I have been in there.
With that being said I'm glad I waited for this review because between now and then I have had several unpleasant experiences ordering through here I would say a good 30% of the orders I put through something is missed mistaken, not fresh or just plain wrong.
My final bone to pick is with curbside. Don't have a curbside option if you're going to leave people sitting there waiting 20 minutes for two coffees when the rest of the store is practically empty and the drive-thru flowing. The fact I have to get out of my vehicle just to go get my own order is horrible and it's happened twice now! Keep in mind people have physical impairments that don't allow them to sit in long lineups or get up and walk it to a store so a lot of people that use curbside pickup it may be the most viable option if they are dealing with pain like myself.
The fact that I have to go in the store get my own coffee and the manager just hears me complaining and steps back where I can't see her until I get louder then she pops her head over and ask if everything's okay and then the fact that I told her no it's not okay and explain my situation and then she just shrugged her shoulders and step back again out of sight tells me why this store is ran the way it is when she is there. I didn't get your name this time but I'll be sure to get it next time to update this, short blond lady.
