This is an updated review that I’m. I gave this place 5 stars before when it first opened. This place has surely gone down since. Super stingy, I ordered a shawarma and the pita was virtually hollow. There was Geralt any meat or toppings. Next to no garlic sauce. I guess they want to pay extra for the garlic sauce as Osmow’s is the only establishment that charges extra for garlic sauce. Not going back. Learn how to run a business and stop being greedy

Over $15 after tax for a "special" shawarma dish that wasn't even filling.

Beef seemed like it been sitting around for a while and for a greek salad without any feta it was a joke.

Each time I go back here thinking it will be different but it's always the same. Finally learnt my lesson.

My husband and I said, "Let's try this place for lunch." We got two regular beef shawarma. I was really disappointed with everything overall. Broken English, not listening to what we are asking for. We had asked which shawarma had the hot sauce. The guy looked at the screen, looked at the food, and said I don't know with a smile. Lack of communication and understanding.

Place had dirty napkins and gum wrappers on the ground.
The guy with the beard had no hair net for it and was prepping food.

I don't know what the name of that red paste sauce is. It's quite awful and takes like a paprika mixture that I didn't ask for. The meat was good, but that red paste ruined my food. I think you should mention that, not only if you want hot sauce and garlic sauce.

Love their garlic sauce. Unfortunately, I won't be coming back here.

Best food in Hamilton. The staff is very nice and respectful. Got my order in 3 minutes. Delicious wrap and portion is excellent. Love you guys

I always come to this location because they make my food really well. The staff is so sweet and respectful! Compared to other locations, they are always generous with the quality and quantity of my order. Everyone is great but Suntosh was amazing! I ordered a beef wrap for my mom and even though they always make my food great, I requested him to make the wrap in a specific way and he did exactly that, he did a great job! This is the best Osmows location

Paid $11 for a Saj falafel wrap with all toppings and extra garlic sauce. The wrap was mainly falafel and hot sauce, other than that very dry. All other toppings as you can see are very minimal. I buy this from other osmows all the time and have no issues with quantity. The staff who made this was the manager and told me she knows how it should be made and that they can’t put too much toppings. Very poor customer service and store is saving food cost clearly by dissatisfying customers

Went there last night.Got one shwarma dinner and one shwarma wrap which was supposed to be the large.

Barely any rice barely.I need chicken mainly salad with the dinner.And I asked for the fatigue salad.That is not what was in my dinner.

The large chicken swarm a wrap was absolutely tiny for a large.

the poutine never has any sauce and the chicken is dry workers always look mad and never greet me when I come in this place use to be good but now its horrible save for money for a more cheap option and where the workers actually appreciate your business

One word - diarrhea. Explosive and and spicy. Tragic experience. For something that’s fresh. It really wasn’t that warm. They must have cooked it earlier and then had it waiting there.
