Worst wrap/pita ever. They ask you if you want extra meat now??? You would think regular meat is enough but 6 button size pieces of grilled chicken is what you get with a regular pita. BUT….they will give you a head of shredded lettuce at no extra cost. These chains are short changing, small sizing and ripping people off as their prices go up. And the food is not good for you. 13.00 for a lettuce wrap! joint off my list!

Drove up the mountain to go to this Pita Pit because their website said it was open until 10pm on Thursdays. Got there at 9:25pm and it was closed. I didn't have the heart to leave only 1 star, so I left 3 which I think is fair.

I have always used this location when I am home but tonight I am extremely disappointed. Not only does my Pita have marker on it but it was so stuck to the wrapper that it completely fell apart and was impossible to eat. What a waste of 30 dollars as my son's pita was completely stuck as well he was however lucky to not have marker on his ?♀️

The staff at this location are exceptional! They work so well together when they have a 12 order rush. I was at the end of the line and to see them all fill in where needed, know what was needed, and all with a smile on their faces and friendly to everyone. I’m not one to write reviews but my goodness I had to tell them in person and also felt compelled to write this. Great work all! (6:45pm on a Thurs)

Came here on Saturday at 4:15 pm and the doors are locked and Google says they are open until 9pm.. this is ridiculous change your hours of operation

Saturday May 11th, 2024Live about 25 minutes away, Caistor centre direction. Family had a craving for Pita Pit. Checked on Google to see what time it closes on Saturdays, Google listing shows it closing at 10pm. It was 830pm when we left home, arrived at the Stone Church location exactly at 9pm.When we arrived, the store lights were all on, everything appeared to be fine. Approached the doors and noticed two staff members behind the counter, working on something.Tried the door, but it was locked. Both staff members looked up at the door, I motioned towards my watch as if to tell them, why are you locked up an hour early? Both staff members completely ignored my presence.Looked at the sign on the door which shows the closing time as 9pm. Irritating to say the least, drive 30 mins for nothing based on the information the location provides to google.Returned to the car and while sitting there looking for somewhere else to eat, two other groups of people showed up to try the door.I asked them if they also checked Google for the closing time and they had. They also were pretty pissed and said they'd be leaving a review as well.As you can see from the screenshot, closing time on Saturdays are supposed to be 10pm.If you want customers to choose your business, the first thing would be to get something as simple as operating hours correct.

Husband's 60th bday. Needed a light lunch before his celebrations. The 3 staff were super polite, gave outstanding customer service and are excellent at their jobs. Don't let these kids go! I work in customer service and you don't see this quality of excellence any more. A+A+A+

Usually the food here is excellent but today they kind of dropped the ball. I eat here about once a month & it was by far the saddest pita I've ever had. I asked for lots of avocado; got the THINNEST smear imaginable. I asked for & PAID FOR double cheese; the amount she first put on would barely constitute a half serving of cheese. When I asked for more, she added a tiny bit more. She acted like the cost of the toppings were being deducted from her pay.Hope the next visit is better.
