I just had a shawarma wrap on Friday for dinner, oh god! Midnight I woke feeling dizzy, and with nausea. I was poisoned and was sick for a day . puked 10 times finally felt better. It was so bad . If you scroll down you see few other people had same experience. I am going to file a complaint. What if a pregnant woman eat the food,? What is happening in your kitchen?

The topping were terrible, hummus looked hard as a rock, guacamole was brown and the rest looked freezer burnt or old.
The guy cooking the meat kept putting his hand in the food to see if it was warm enough.
Not a clean table in the place, with half of them still having wrappers and cans on them.
I like pita pit, but avoid this one at all costs!

While purchasing the food i asked why is your stuff looking black and old, the Indian girl there told me its natural and all fresh. I DONT THINK SOO FRESH LOOKS LIKE THIS 👎🏻

On December 22 my wife got me a chicken Caesar pita 5-6 hours later I became very ill, ended up in emergency with food poisoning, the only other thing I ate that day was cereal. So there is no question it was from this pita pit. Will never return

You’re better off going to a different pita pit where the service is better. You need to talk to the staff to have your order made and it’s hard when they’re rude or not listening.

The regular is the old small, and the old regular is the XL. They rip you off now. I paid $15.00 for a small basically.

Best experience here today!! Not only are my boyfriend and I thrilled with our delicious west coast pitas & my yummy frozen yoghurt! But the customer service was beyond amazing! I didn’t catch the girls name but she had braids, she was super friendly, chatty & overseeing her kindness and patience training (I believe) a new guy with a language barrier was so refreshing!! 10/10

Very unprofessional employees. They were just talking for 5 min without any greetings to customers. No manners at all how to deliver order. Even they made wrong order by not reading my instructions. I would prefer no star to this rating but google won’t me to do so.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a fantastic experience at Pita Pit! The customer service was exceptional, with the staff being very friendly and attentive. My chicken souvlaki pita was absolutely delicious, packed with fresh ingredients and flavorful spices. The restaurant itself was spotless, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by for a tasty and wholesome meal!
