Walked in to place an order, I informed the staff member of my request for a buffalo chicken wrap. The employee acknowledged the order; however, rather than initiating preparation, they proceeded to restock vegetables, delaying service. Poor customer service, management should train their employees to attend to the customers first instead of making them wait.

I ordered a pita with chicken and halumi and they omitted the halumi even thought I paid extra for it. It was so filled with lettuce, the wrap didn’t even close and was such a mess and a disaster I couldn’t even eat it

Chairs were up on the table. The lettuce, green peppers, and spouts were wilted (the sprouts were literally a wilted dark ball of wilt). I really really should have taken pictures. I asked for fresh lettuce, he went to the back opened the lettuce and dumped it on top of the old lettuce, he did the same with the sprouts! I work in a restaurant and have for 20 years and everything he did was completely unacceptable! The meat was questionable..I took 3 bites and couldn’t eat anymore.. also the reviews speak for themselves!!

We walked in and walked right back out. The person working didn’t acknowledge us just kept staring at their phone while we stood at the counter. The counter was disgusting. When we said we were leaving he walked to the back while still looking at his phone. Terrible service. 4-4-25 @ 7:15 PM

I just had a shawarma wrap on Friday for dinner, oh god! Midnight I woke feeling dizzy, and with nausea. I was poisoned and was sick for a day . puked 10 times finally felt better. It was so bad . If you scroll down you see few other people had same experience. I am going to file a complaint. What if a pregnant woman eat the food,? What is happening in your kitchen?

The topping were terrible, hummus looked hard as a rock, guacamole was brown and the rest looked freezer burnt or old.
The guy cooking the meat kept putting his hand in the food to see if it was warm enough.
Not a clean table in the place, with half of them still having wrappers and cans on them.
While purchasing the food i asked why is your stuff looking black and old, the Indian girl there told me its natural and all fresh. I DONT THINK SOO FRESH LOOKS LIKE THIS 👎🏻

On December 22 my wife got me a chicken Caesar pita 5-6 hours later I became very ill, ended up in emergency with food poisoning, the only other thing I ate that day was cereal. So there is no question it was from this pita pit. Will never return

You’re better off going to a different pita pit where the service is better. You need to talk to the staff to have your order made and it’s hard when they’re rude or not listening.
