I came to this location last night (Halloween night), for the first time. It was late and I just wanted a bite for the drive home. Unknowingly to me it was 5 minutes until they closed (I hate being that person) even so I was still greeted with a smile and an upbeat attitude from a friendly gentleman whose name I forgot to grab, dispite them closing in 5. He continued to make me the best pita I’ve ever had, while we made some small talk. Overall I had a great experience at this location and will continue to return. As far as the atmosphere of the store itself, was right on par too clean tables, floor, everything was great.

Double charged and not offered my credit as promised. Will not return. Very unprofessional

This location makes some of the best yogenfruz! Me & my sister always stop by when driving by just for their frozen yogourt. Portions are huge and the service was great!

Need to change the hours for Sunday, says it’s open until 10pm, showed up just after 9 and it’s closed…

Decided to go to Pita Pit with my husband on Fifty Rd with my coupon that doesn’t expire until December 2025. Was told by owner of Pita Pit that these were handed out from the old franchisee & that they would not honour it. Really 1$ off wow cheapest guy ever. Well won’t be back there. A good business man would have posted that they don’t honor coupons. Coupon was for that location only

Original owner double charged me due to issues with credit card machine, but gave me vouchers to offset this issue. New owner, refuses to accept the vouchers stating it is “not their problem or error”. Contacted Pita Pit corporate, they were incredibly helpful and advised they would reach out to owner to avoid this issue in the future.

I will not be going back to this location.

It has gone down hill after the new owner took over.

I go here regularly to get lunch. I specifically order the shwarma salad bowl and more often than not, I grab a few bowls for co-workers. I order extra chicken which brings me to approx $18 for a salad bowl. Don’t mind paying the money for a nutritious lunch however, what I do mind is being told and actually refused an extra tsp of feta cheese. I cannot believe that staff will actually argue with a customer that pays $18 for a salad bowl that they are not permitted to give a paying customer an extra tsp of cheese! That is ridiculous and uncalled for. I think the owner of this establishment needs to actually revisit this policy. Your going to loose business over being cheap. Remember your customers are your business! Without customers you will not have a business.
