I love Pita Pit but when I visited this location last week they were out of so many ingredients! No tzatziki or avocado spreads, no romaine lettuce, carrots, red peppers, green or black olives, pickles, swiss cheese or feta cheese! I understand ingredients may sell out, but I arrived hours before closing. The staff was kind and apologetic although the low ingredients should have been communicated before I ordered and paid for 2 $30 wraps.

I love pita pit but this location never has the ingredients that I like. Out of tzatziki, cucumber, and sprouts. If it was a one-off, i wouldnt be writing this review. I hope that they get their ordering figured out. Staff was lovely each visit...i understand that this isnt something they can control. If I have to constantly substitute my items, ill go somewhere that has them.

If you want your wrap deliciously made, get Matt to make it. He is an amazing asset to Pita Pit. He will greet you like he was expecting you all day and will create the most tasty wrap! I drive out of my to this location, so Matt can make my wrap! I sincerely hope that Pita Pit values this employee. Employees like Matt are non existent these days. Thank you Matt for a wonderful steak wrap!!!!!! I will see you soon!!!!!!!

Former employee here, while the service and food are fine, management is terrible.Employees aren't paid for months at a time, and any attempts to go to head office lead to no positive change, but management will sure as hell cut your hours for it.Owner has no management skills, lies ALL the time (even going as far as to lie to the CEO that her employees were paid), and spends all the money she should be using to pay her employees.Someone I know who recently quit has been trying to resolve the missing pay with head office and was attacked via text by the manager. He seems like a great guy with customers but he's a two faced snake who can be extremely passive aggressive to anyone that gets frustrated with the lack of being paid for the job they are doing.PLEASE, for the sake of the poor employees management is taking advantage of, support literally ANY other PitaPit

Excellent customer service from locations manager. We had issues with a previous order and he went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Greatly appreciated… great food.

Just spent 20 minutes of my 1/2 hour lunch break in line, just to find out they're out of several menu options. Seems a bit incompetent to not advertise outages of menu items. Back to work with an empty tummy. Thanks

They have a halal option! I was so excited to find out that their chicken shawerma is halal! The people serving were also so sweet and so accommodating to all my preferences, and while I filled the sandwich up immensely, they still managed to wrap it for me perfectly! Will definitely be coming back.
