I just ordered melt my box and I specifically mentioned that I want only chicken because it doesn't show over there that what kind of meat will be included in it. But what I got is pepperoni and bacon for me it is totally wastage of money because i do not eat these meats.I too work in food store and when customer specifically writes that this meat I want but if that item has other meats too then I want mushroom onion one then person should pay attention towards the order. For me, it's totally wastage of money.

The staff is very friendly. If you like pizza hut pizza u r going to like this place.That on the top was my first review and i meant it. Bin going there for years. Until this week. When i ordered pizza 2 times from there and the pepperoni that was in the pizza was Disgusting. It tastes old and moldy. I had my guest try it and they almost threw up how bad the pepperoni was. I bin trying to reach the manager for 2 days now i bin getting told he would be in tomorrow when i called back 2-3 times then i was told the manager just traveled to india. NEVER EVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

The manager can use his/her common sense i would say. When i asked the employee to change the marinara dipping sauce to ranch with melts, she said i was strictly instructed by my manager to not do that besides the fact that they are all the same price. Pathetic service from this location. The other location does not have any problem. Just shut down the store if you don’t know how to run the business.

Overall the pizza is good, but it was a bit undercooked and doughy. I also asked for light cheese and it looked like normal cheese to me. There are some pizza hut locations that do an amazing job, this one may get there with the right kitchen staff.Service is good and they're kind to customers. They had the place decked out for Halloween.

There is nothing greater than being recognized...I've always tried to avoid big chains when it comes down to pizza. But one day, I decided to order from the Pizza Hut by the 50th Road. Through a quick phone call I ordered a pick-up. When I got there, pizza was ready and they were all very polite and respectful.Next week, another order, but this time, they called me by name (since they had be on the system) and asked me if I want the same order as last week. I was extremely satisfy with that! Being recognize quickly on the end of the day and getting your order ready to go with politeness is very rare in nowadays.Not to mention, I am a homestyle crunch only type of guy, however, they made a "test-drive" for a handmade style that was phenomenal! I highly recommend this establishment!Great people, greate service, great business!

Incompetent location - confirmed several times on the phone that my girlfriend was vegetarian and they still messed up the order with meat on the entire pizza. Wouldn’t order from this location again and highly recommend you don’t as well!Vegetarian options: Put meat on the entire pizza when I specified multiple times half needed to be vegetarian

2nd time ordering from this location. 1 - it was late both times for pickup by 20+ minutes 2 - it was incorrect and when I got home I tried to call so they could prepare a new pizza but they did not answer their phones whatsoever.. absolutely trash.
