Ordered a large shawarma poutine and it was terrible. Cheapest fries they can find with what tasted just like pure cinnamon? Then the sauce tasted like mayo, not going again.

Hours aren’t the same in store as they are online. Twice I tried to order online and store was closed even though there hours online said open. First time the order wasn’t accepted so I just figured lunch hour was probably busy, and stopped in. As I pulled up the staff was just exiting their car and entering the store. I gave the benefit of the doubt just assumed maybe something had happened and they were late with reason. Today I ordered again online this time the order was accepted. So I waited about 25 mins and kept checking to see that my order never said finished. I tried to cancel my order online but it said that workers were already preparing it. I was unable to cancel. So I drove by the store and what do you know, closed. Why was my order accepted and I was unable to cancel the order when the business isn’t even open? Called the store multiple times until they answered and they said they would cancel the order. I Asked them to update their hours online and they blamed it on it being a third party… I would like to say I only find myself having these issues with the man that works there. The lady who works there is super lovely as I’ve been there before and haven’t really had these issues until recently, and it’s never been while she has been working.

Wow what a warm friendly quality place to dine or take out. Limited seating. The flavour of the sauce is flavourful and delicious crust. The cheese and fresh ingredients make the pizza the best I’ve tasted in a while. Thank you staff, my first experience was memorable for sure.

I’ve been ordering from this place at least twice a week for a while now, and I can confidently say their pizza and wings are some of the best I’ve had. The pizza always comes hot and fresh, with a perfectly crispy crust and toppings. The sauce is rich and flavorful.
How about putting the actual menu up when you click on it... And prices...

Ive been ordering pizza from here for years and years. Recently I’ve noticed such a decline in the quality of the food and the service. The last time I ordered will be the last time. Too many pizza places in the hamilton/stoney creek area that are far better. Such a disappointment because I’ve been coming to this place for over ten years and it used to be so good

Support local business, in bad and good times. This was my first time moving away from franchise pizza to local pizzeria. Tried their Shawarma pizza and vegetable pizza. It was HOT, fresh and Tim was very pleasant to talk too. I will come back again.

I got a chicken shawarma poutine. It was absolutely delicious, a great amount of fresh fries, a good amount of shawarma chicken, plus the great amount of white sauce and hot sauce. Definitely the best poutine I’ve had in a while! Thank you for that and I recommend this dish to anyone
