Service was great, food has been great everytime we went there. But their online order tool on their website is absolutely horrible and irritating to use. I could probably write a letter with my order and send it to them via Canada post, and get my order through faster and more convenient.

Ive ordered a burrito bowl from here twice, both times chicken. And both times, something was not right with the chicken, it was rubbery, hard to chew and strange in texture it almost seemed fake. Quite disappointed, I’ve had quesada before from a different city many times and never experienced this.
This used to serve really good Burritos but it has just gone downhill. The lady making the burritos is so rude and it feels like we are taking the burritos for free. She puts so little toppings and sauces that it feels like eating dry rice. This has been happening from the past 3-4 visits and now I am not at all interested in going back again. I was a very regular customer but now i would be taking efforts to go to another outlet than eating here. OWNERS, PLEASE TRAIN THE LADY IN THE EVENING TO BE NICE AND POLITE TO THE CUSTOMER AND MAKE BETTER BURRITOS

Used to be my go to burrito spot, fresh ingredients and big portions, now all of a sudden it depends on who you get serving you. During the day the main guy who I think is the manager loads you up and is super friends, mostly I go at night and they are hit or miss, the lady that works in the evening gives the smallest worst portions I've seen at a burrito spot. I got extra meat and got only enough meat you would normally get without having to pay extra. Super cheap on ingredients for no reason. If I come here in the future I'll have to come in to see who is serving before I decide to buy something or not which is just ridiculous.
