I always eat at Samir's Restaurant in Burlington. The food is delicious, but this time I thought I would eat at this restaurant. This restaurant has no proper service at all, no order, the salad is soggy and slimy, and the rice kebab is tasteless. In other restaurants, they serve bread with the kebab, but in this restaurant, there is no bread either, and they charge a higher price. I waited for about 40 minutes for my food and I am not satisfied with the food I got. I suggest the restaurant owners monitor it.

Today I went to eat lunch. I had a terrible experience at your Guelph line branch. I had a worst experience. I am not prefer your place to anyone. Your new indian cashier today they don't know how to deal with the customers. They were keep on arguing for the sauces. Your service is very slow. The time they gave was not not the same. My whole family was waiting for 45 mins for 15min order according to your cashier. I had a good experience last time six months ago with an Afghan woman cashier.

Used to love going here as its close to work but recently they've increased prices substantially, cur down sizes of kababs and no longer offer naan bread with the plates. It's almost $25/plate now with tax and not worth it anymore. Sorry Samir Kabab house but you are going to lose customers. I won't be returning. Your staff is lovely and kind but I come for food

It was one of the worst meals I have ever eaten in my life. I am sorry but this is a fact. You neither put salt nor pepper in your food. There is no kitchen service. I waited for 20 minutes. The waiter did not come and take the order. He noticed it later and said that I had to order at the counter. It is a very complicated restaurant. I will never visit again unless it is necessary.

No acknowledgment upon arrival. Most of the time I noticed they are not on counter so you have to wait. Food was mediocre. Customer service was so poor….girl on the counter was so rude and had attitude problem. A lot of people walked away just left. If you don’t like your job please quit or if you are owner or related then work on your CS. I paid so much money for such mediocre food and got the worst service possible. Never again!
Over priced and below average food quality. I ordered two meals and they even didn't include bread in it. I had to pay extra bread. All other Afghani restaurants include the bread in their meal and their prices are lower than Samir Kabob house. Very disappointed

We ordered 2 platters. Combo for 6 and platter for 4. 1 to eat with my parents in Hamilton and the other to take home to Windsor. They kept asking if I wanted the chicken Karahi/ kabobs in one tray. I said to keep them separate as they’re for different purposes. 2 min later, another woman women asked me the same thing.
When I got back to parents place; I didn’t see a tray marked kabobs for 6, only kabobs for 4. When I called thinking they may have forgotten to give me a missing tray, they said it’s the same 4 kabobs for both orders. So 1 order for 6 people is not enough kabobs and the price is much higher.
