Employees either don’t know how to make the beverages according to the company’s recipes or they just always leave out certain ingredients. Three times in the last week I’ve ordered a pumpkin cold brew and they’ve given it to me without pumpkin topping. I had to request it be added each time.

This is one of my normal daily coffee stops. Usually 3 days a week.
Every day. I’m usually greeted by a new drive thru window worker.
I’ve seen them before. But not daily. Maybe once a week or so.
They are usually very nice and professional.
Today though. Is the first day I felt that I was intentionally scammed.
I paid cash to a young lady. She short changed me. I mentioned it to her. She said Nothing about it. Just got the amount from a dish and gave it to me. Saying nothing again.
Like. She meant to do that. Unless I noticed.
Usually you would get an apology or an exclamation or something.
Her name started with a K and I have never have seen her before.
I have an issue with tipping at a simple drive thru. I’m not dining inside and you’re not doing anything above and beyond for me.
Like serving me at a table.
Today’s transaction / purchase kinda rubbed me the wrong way.
I felt it was not an accident.

Every time, no exaggeration EVERY TIME I order from this location something is missing from the order. Today they didn’t have the breakfast sandwich I ordered so they decided to send me an empty bag. 😭 guess I’ll just eat that instead

Waited and got ignored for a full 6 minutes before any of the grumpy, non-smiling employees even LOOKED in my direction. Was not thanked. I don’t know what’s happening staff-wise, but everyone except the drive-thru guy seemed to be extremely, outwardly unhappy. Miserable.

Today I had a very rude encounter with the manager working this location this morning, she proceeded to click continue for me on the debit machine and I wanted to confirm the price since tipping is now requested when paying and she had a attitude and purposely took long to bring me my food to the drive thru and my sandwich was completely out of place as well. When I confronted her about it and told her that her attitude is horrible just because I asked for my RECEIPT she continued to be defensive I will not be going back to that location ever
