I usually LOVE my Starbucks coffee. But tonight at around 845pm, mine and my Gfs were complete trash. No flavor and super watery. I want 2 free coffees.

Today the atmosphere was horrible. My phone recorded 80 db plus for a noise level. Music was way to loud. The situation was not helped by a large number of people standing around waiting to pick up orders. For a company trying to improve customer experience they were not very successful today. They may have lost a loyal customer.

I had a wonderful experience at this location thanks to Kaylee. She deserves all the praise in the world. Her service is exceptional and looks like she actually does enjoy working here compared other locations that I have been to. We visited Starbucks and were pleased with their service! Very tasty and fresh coffee, delicious pastries. We were mistakenly given another pop cake, which we noticed, after which the girl gave us another one for free, as a sign of sorry. Thank you
