This Starbucks is in a great location with strong potential, but the customer experience needs improvement. Communication with customers is often unclear, and more effort is needed to explain drink options and guide the ordering process. Strengthening staff training in customer interaction would make a noticeable difference. The foundation is here — now it’s about elevating service to match the standard expected from Starbucks. I look forward to seeing this location grow into one of the stronger stores in the area

King and Malyka are both amazing baristas! They make my drink perfect and accurately every time I visit this location. They are both very friendly and respectful and I really appreciate the service that I recieve from the both of them. They both get 5 stars.
On a separate day l was served by Rum who was just as kind and friendly too. She made my drink the way l ordered it and l appreciated her great service!

I don't visit Starbucks very often - mostly local coffee shops. Only went here to meet someone.

This place has terrible mocha. Literally gritty on the tongue.

I'll stick to the local coffee shops!

Ordered a caramel macciato and it tasted like steamed milk. Waited patiently at the counter...pick up side for someone to acknowledge...all did their best to avoid eye contact. Average flow of traffic. Someone from drive thru came by to support...I described the situation. Friendly person who was taking orders offered to remake. The second one was just like the first....I just threw out the drink instead of reapproaching. Usually I do not file negative comments however the customer service for approx 2/3 of the staff is yet to be desired. For the record...it was approx 1 pm in the afternoon; not exceptionally bus...low to steady flow.

We came to the store at 9:29 not knowing they closed at 9:30 we tried opening the door and it was locked we were about to walk away when a worker came over unlocked the door and said he would take our order overall amazing experience the drinks were amazing the workers were so kind and it was very clean environment

Naw tipping at a drive thru is wild, you're a coffee shop. I want to tap and leave not hit options. Pay your staff properly or include the tip since people are already willing to pay the ridiculous prices for beverages.

This is your usual suburban Starbucks. Clientele was OK a little too woodsy for me. The coffees were up to regular Starbucks standards. The place was clean. There was enough parking. The wait time was a bit longer than we usually see at Starbucks and it wasn’t crazy busy so not sure if this is a one off or not. I would still go back there. You know you get what you’re paying for or? Do you? I mean their stuff is overpriced at the moment.
