I have been pretty regular customer at this store !! I have my usual order like twice or thrice a week. Lady working during day provides very good service. Couple of days ago i visited this store during the night and owner was there ! Firstly , I ordered from an app still it was not ready after 20 minutes when i showed up there. Secondly, these was a guy trying to make my sub and maybe he was new to this. Owner started scolding him in front of me and other customers which was totally wrong (even if he was making some mistakes but there is always a way to talk). I told him to calm down because i felt bad for poor guy ! Then owner started arguing with me saying “ YOU DONT KNOW ABOUT THIS INDUSTRY,YOU DONT TELL ME WHAT TO DO, DONT FEEL BAD FOR HIM” and all stuff. I was not telling you what to do i was telling you to be nice (atleast infront of your customer).

Never gonna visit again and i suggest the same to you all too.

The subs are fresh and taste good. But i scored 3 stars because only 8 slices of meat on a 12 inch Ham sub and 12 inch turkey sub. Subway is supposed to add 12 slices of meat. The correct # of meat is 12 slices for a 12 inch sub.

This review is ONLY based on the worker named: SURAJ.

Ordered 3 veggie footlongs on the app. Walked in told SURAJ what I ordered. He proceeded to make the sub with all the toppings I want and HOW MUCH of each topping I wanted. You can specify on the app for more/less. My previous past maybe 10 experiences at this location I would have to order online then walk in right away and watch to make sure the workers made my toppings as specified because they NEVER DID. Specify more lettuce they’d somehow give u less.. Didn’t need to do so with SURAJ. He made sure my mobile order was prepared excellently. Your location should give SURAJ a raise. I will ONLY come back to this location if he is working.

The service is good but sometimes it's hard for staff to hear the customer from over the big tall plexiglass and vice versa and then you have the noise from the variety store.

The food area is clean as well as the small area for eating with tables and chairs.

The subs are also good however they have cut back on some of the vegetables and lettuce but they will give you more if you ask. Currently they have 5 subs under $10 which is a nice deal.

It says they have breakfast but when I've stopped in, it has been closed so I'm not sure of their hours.

After a bad experience last year (stomach ache) ordering thru delivery app.
I decided to give Subway on HWY 8 in
Stoney Creek a 2nd chance. What a mistake. My subs were not made from scratch, as they are supposed to do. It was delivered under 10 min. Ends of herb Italian bread was stale & hard. And I doubt the ingredients were fresh because AGAIN, (not kidding)
I had another stomach ache where I had to go right after eating it. Not as bad as last year’s but still.. No way those ingredients are fresh.

Never order anything from this location. I have ordered food 2 times but both the times got the very less quantity even being told for more. Don't go by reading good reviews it's done by their friends and people who work there.

They take full money and does not make the order as per the requirements. This is not the first time that has happened. Very poor approach towards customer service. Should choose other locations instead.
