I ordered off a third party website to have it fixed as the app glitched and I can’t eat to certain items due to allergies and wanted to make them known of that. The worker informed me that they could fix it for me, I’ve received it and everything I asked to be taken off is still there. Money wasted sandwich is garbage now will not be back.

I have been going to this location for more than 2 years and have never had any issues. But today, the girl who was there at 9:00pm, she gave me a nightmare just ordering a sandwich. She charged me more than I was supposed to pay and when I asked, She acted like she didn’t understand a word what I was trying to say. She was so rude and started arguing with me. She didn’t have a nametag on otherwise I would have mentioned her name, which when I asked and she ignored me. No etiquette of customer service at all. Never coming back to this place ever again.

I’ve ordered from this location a few times. I went in today with an online order. I was charged for the order but apparently it didn’t go through the stores system. I showed the app along with the credit card charge. I was told to wait 15 minutes and then told nothing came through and there was nothing they could do. I was told to dispute the credit card charge.
Never going back to this location again.

I ordered the dipper and received this pitiful excuse of a meal, which looks nothing like advertised. It also has no flavour at all except the honey mustard sauce to dip in.
I reached out to the owner requesting a refund and received a basic reply thanking me for my feedback but that was it. I emailed a reply with these photos and again asked for a refund, however I did not receive a reply.
Without a resolution I will no longer order from this location again.

Foodservice inside a variety store. Unfortunately, the franchise owner isn't staffing to meet customer count. Was in about 630pm, only one girl in to look after everything. I felt so bad for her, but she did what she could to cover. There were 3 people in line ahead of myself, then waited was about 15 minutes before ordering. The one staff member was polite and apologized for the delay. It's a shame by the owner that she was left on her own, I've never been in a subway store that schedules just one staff member. There may even be an ontario safety law against this. Thank you to the one staff member who was making my order.
