I really dislike writing bad reviews, but at the end of the day this is what it is all about. I ordered online for curbside pickup. It allowed me to check in and said my order was ready at 1:18 pm. Said someone would be out shortly and to remain in my vehicle so they could find me. 20 minutes later, still waiting! Finally we went in store and the girl working gave attitude stating she was too busy to bring it out. So my food sits there getting cold for how long??? If you aren’t able to fulfill a service then don’t offer it! Also, the girl was very rude and had no customer service whatsoever. There’s the last time we visit here!

I recently visited the food area at the subway and was thoroughly impressed by the experience. The food was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety to choose from. The cleanliness of the space was impeccable – everything looked spotless, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
A special shout-out to Priyanka and Simar for their outstanding service! They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient, ensuring everything was perfect

I walked in today to highway 50 Subway today for my lunch. I ordered veggie delight footlong sub my sandwich maker wasn’t wearing her name tag so didn’t catch her name I worked for subway many years and know the quantity of vegetables very well goes in a single sub it’s a veggie sub atleast follow the recipe given by subway she didn’t even care about making a proper sandwich she put too much sauce in my sub I had to ask her for little more Lettuce as it was not enough At last while I was paying she overcharged me and saying every subway restaurant has their own prices for subs Like seriously 😡😡😡 Stop making excuses if you make mistakes stop overcharging people remember we all work hard for every penny we make Ridiculous Store and services Will never ever go there back won’t even recommend 😡😡😡😡

The food is amazing and soo fresh here…this place is my go to during my lunch breaks. Its always nice and fresh and also the service provided by Bhavna is amazing. She was very friendly, professional and polite while taking my order. Will be back for sure… :)
We ordered a catering box for a lunch my elderly father was having for his friends. What a great choice! They have 5 different footlongs that they cut into 3 pieces each, which seems like the perfect serving. It comes in a nice box, lovely presentation. We ordered a couple of dozen cookies, too, which were great. They emailed me my receipt, confirmed the order and had it ready on time. This franchise location (Winona Crossing) is a great one. Well done to them!

Went to Fifty Rd location at 9:30pm on Thursday evening. No one in the store except server (female w/ dark hair and glasses) behind counter. Because it looked empty we checked hours and was open until 10:30pm. Our son walked in to order 2 x 12” subs and waited and waited and waited and waited at the counter while the female worker counted out her register/ float. Ummm you do that at CLOSING, not while paying customers are waiting for several minutes to get served and NO other customers in the store. Subway, hire employees that want to work and put customers first. We will never return. Rude employee who didn’t care about her unprofessional behaviour once we told her to serve the customer and count her float when she is finished her shift.
