If you’re closed, you should update your location hours so people don’t waste time coming out!! So unprofessional for a large corporation!

Not a good experience at this location they don't serve fish

Eww. I usually get Thai express from Burlington on Appleby. Tonight for the first time I visited the location at Eastgate mall. I thought chain food (franchise) restaurants follow the same guide in food preparation but I was wrong. This location served up the sloppiest general chicken I've ever had. There were four tiny pieces of meat. The onion was hardly cut into pieces that anyone other than a giant would eat. Why not throw in a whole onion at that rate. And the tomato still had the stem top. Apparently food prep at this location happens at the speed of an emergency fire drill. Careless. And gross. Don't eat here.

I knew what happenned during past two years and I am going to fix all issues and turn it around.I apologize to these upset customers, please come back to see me... I will happily serve you same as good Thai food as always.

Look I love thai Express. But this location is never open. Its 2pm on a wed and we've had time to get annoyed and write this review and now order NY fries. And still no one. Shame. Pad sew is the best but this location should just give upEdit: phone number has been disconnected. And ladies working at shoppers have not seen anyone in hours. I'd suggest avoid as if this is how its managed I would not trust the food to be fresh

Very disappointed. The portions are small, credit card machine didn't work so they take cash only, the food is so and so. Not coming back for sure!
