Today I went through the drive thru as I also do, I ordered 2 coffee, both with sugar, unfortunately, both coffees had no sugar in them, so back around we go to deal with the issue. This has happened multiple times before but was unable to return them. I asked for my money back and 2 coffees as I had asked for. The supervisor told the employee that it can only be one or the other...the supervisor stayed at the back while she told the employee to deal with me. Unfortunately I had no time to deal with this and had to go, moral of the story! This location with certain shifts has gone down hill, horrible coffees and service. I will not be returning to this location for any reason!

I’m not usually one to leave negative reviews but I just can’t say one single positive thing about this place. I asked for a sleeve for my drink, they refused and said “it’s not that hot”. WHAT? Then i get home and discover that my tea has milk in it, which i did not order. And my sandwich is missing a bunch of items. Please train your staff better.

So, I went there today to get garlic bread or pizza, but the lady and some guy said no, the oven's broken. I swear, I tried to order the same stuff like, 3 or 4 months ago, and they said the same thing! I ended up getting a chicken wrap, and it was totally gross. The chicken was cold and not even cooked right. No toppings, just the worst chicken wrap ever from any Tim Hortons. This tim hortons should be really inspected by the public health

Every time I go there they are out of everything. All staff have a really rude attitude and make my order wrong ALWAYS and make me waste my money and never want to remake it and on top of that argue back. Really bad service and food. But today was it for me, i will never be going there ever again. On Sept 15, 2025 around 11:20pm I was ordering when the lady working was an indian women who gave me crazy attitude while i was ordering and continued to scream at me because i wanted to add an item. This is NOT customer service and i wont recommend anyone to go to this location. I would rather go to a further tims and get positive nice customer service than go here ever again. The staff needs to get changed or this location will have a downfall!

I went here with my family that is pulling through, first the wouldn't let Neij-san inside which hurt me then they were mean and grumpy and just weren't kind to me.

I want to start by saying that not all employees at this location are problematic, but there are a few who consistently get my orders wrong. I visit this location frequently—often ordering five drinks at a time—and yet, it's common for my orders to be incorrect. Despite explaining the issues, I'm often met with confusion or employees insisting the order is correct. One particular employee has repeatedly failed to follow the instructions on my coffee, and it's frustrating because nothing seems to be done to address this ongoing issue. I regularly purchase drinks at other locations in the Fruitland and Barton area, and the consistency of mistakes at this spot is confusing. I've had the same problem over 9-10 times since I started coming here, spending a considerable amount every week. Specifically, I order the vanilla cream cold brew regularly, and while it’s great some days, other times it’s poorly made—it’s clear some associates know the recipe well, while others don't seem to have a clue. Additionally, I order hot tea (steeped tea) warm, yet it consistently arrives lukewarm at best, despite us asking for it to be hot every time. It’s disappointing, and I really hope management addresses these issues to improve service

Absolutely horrendous customer service at this location. With the exception of a single employee during day shifts, every other member of the staff here is either incompetent or just outright clueless. To grab a few coffees for 4 people takes almost 20 minutes, and we're the only ones in the store! You have to literally call them to come to the counter, or you'll be ignored.
