I want to start by saying that not all employees at this location are problematic, but there are a few who consistently get my orders wrong. I visit this location frequently—often ordering five drinks at a time—and yet, it's common for my orders to be incorrect. Despite explaining the issues, I'm often met with confusion or employees insisting the order is correct. One particular employee has repeatedly failed to follow the instructions on my coffee, and it's frustrating because nothing seems to be done to address this ongoing issue. I regularly purchase drinks at other locations in the Fruitland and Barton area, and the consistency of mistakes at this spot is confusing. I've had the same problem over 9-10 times since I started coming here, spending a considerable amount every week. Specifically, I order the vanilla cream cold brew regularly, and while it’s great some days, other times it’s poorly made—it’s clear some associates know the recipe well, while others don't seem to have a clue. Additionally, I order hot tea (steeped tea) warm, yet it consistently arrives lukewarm at best, despite us asking for it to be hot every time. It’s disappointing, and I really hope management addresses these issues to improve service

Absolutely horrendous customer service at this location. With the exception of a single employee during day shifts, every other member of the staff here is either incompetent or just outright clueless. To grab a few coffees for 4 people takes almost 20 minutes, and we're the only ones in the store! You have to literally call them to come to the counter, or you'll be ignored.

Staff is undertrained
Busy talking to each other and that’s all the focus is
Out of half of the menu
Don’t have flatbread no Patato veggies and many more items missing, all you have to do is ask for it and staff would say sorry we are out
Asked for two steep teas with 4 sugars each, girl was too busy talking to other friends (employees I mean) and put no sugar , thanks God was dinning in so got a chance to grab it
Overall Tim Hortons need to work on employee training and do much better than this

This location has zero idea on how to handle customers with service dogs. The manager yells at patrons that need to simply pee that have to take a MEDICAL alert service dog to the bathroom with them and a male worker will yell at you and threaten to call the police and ban you for having a service dog while you need to pee. If you have any medical issues that require a service dog do not go here you aren't welcome.

The creek

I left the previous review of one star. I am now going to change that for I come in drive through now in the mornings and I’m very impressed. They are very fast at getting my large cappuccino with extra espresso out the window and it tastes amazing every time.

Even though it was busy, I was served quickly, and my order was accurate. The team was polite, and the overall atmosphere was clean and inviting. I had a disappointing experience at this Tim hortanso today. Despite the shop being almost empty, with only two other customers, I waited 12 minutes for my order. Meanwhile, the staff seemed more focused on chatting and laughing with each other rather than attending to the customers. When I finally asked about my order, I was told it wasn’t ready, with no explanation for the delay. Frustrated, I ended up canceling my order. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism.
