I asked for new speciality beverage chai latte and they gave me old one with chai tea inside and they got the full money. I am giving this one star to Mathew who works over there , such a horrible experience, never go at this location

I was observing when one of your costumer was giving hard time, for your employee, and I don't know if she's a manager she intervin she said to the costumer I will do it for she put in coffee three milk that she wonted. The way she handle the costumer is unbelievable. I'm was very impressed by her professionalism. Great job!!!

worst experience i’ve ever had at a tim hortons. The lady named ( SHOTIE) her colour was black employee yelling at me in the store about a mobile order, get a life, mobile order placed in advance and not even started when i arrived and she was yelling at me for being there? maybe do your job. After that, she started yelling at the other employees so i came to know that she is the manager i think this manager ( SHOTIE ) should be fired and she has no right to say bad words to other employees . I request franchise owner to teach her ( SHOTIE) rules and regulations of the workplace. I will not be returning to this restaurant and if you don’t want to be yelled at i suggest you don’t either

The employee took a salted caramel with her bare hands without gloves or anything and just did put it in the bag. Please manager advise your employee to have some hygiene.

The morning drive thru crew is hands down the best in Hamilton! The main girl on the front window for drive thru is the nicest person and best employee you have. The being staff on the other hand, yes they are pleasant but this is my “full order” of rock hard potato wedges. It’s 4:30pm, they never have items that I try to order and when I ordered these they said “I can do them” and gives me 12 hour dehydrated potatoes. I work in the plaza so this tim hortons we frequent often, but possibly only for morning coffee now.

Can someone explain to me, why two iced coffees ordered at the same time are NEVER the same? One is always lighter than the other, either very little ice or jammed packed with ice, one has cane sugar and the other has no sugar at all.
My second question is, why would your employee pick up a donut with the same glove he used at the cash register… and not use a piece of tissue or paper? He grabbed the donut and put it in a bag and gave it to the customer. Gross!

Slow service, waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. Got to watch an employee talk with their friend off to the side in the mean time. Place was absolutely filthy with the floor and tables covered in crud. Food was the standard mid you expect from tims these days.
I try not to blame the staff since I expect them to be overworked, but chatting with a line of 3 people waiting to order is absurd. 630 pm, aug 31.
Cmon, do better.

I had an excellent experience at Tim Hortons, thanks to Diya. She was extremely polite, professional, and welcoming. Her friendly attitude and warm smile made the visit more pleasant. Even when it was busy, Diya handled everything efficiently and with great customer service. Employees like her truly make a difference and reflect positively on Tim Hortons.

I was here with my kids at night after a long drive from up north. Love the service the, staff here were so friendly and the place was clean. Especially the bathrooms.
