Purchased two French Vanillas this afternoon and brought them home for my husband and I to take a sip of what tasted like nothing but warm water. I removed the lid to see what looked like tea in my opinion. I understand that the flavoring must be replaced however often which is forgivable but simply based on the way the drink looks you would think an employee would recognize that something was off as this is not what they usually look like.

Diya and Pam? Are amazing. Diya always knows my order and has the biggest smile for me. The other lady unsure of her name, Pam i think. Always is courteous and kind. They both make my day brighter with their smiles and my coffee made right! 3 milk 3 sweetner lol. Awesome customer service!!

I forgot to ask for a cup of water! When I did, the customer service person made sure the water was warm. I could tell she was irritated that I asked her after I had placed my food order. The water must have had warm water in it. You could almost brew a tea bag. She handed me the cup and immediately left without saying anything. Going out of your way to be rude is not acceptable. If the customer needed to know about some kind of a rule, just tell them - we don’t serve water in a cup, or you have to pay for the cup! I would have gladly gave you 10 cents.

I asked for new speciality beverage chai latte and they gave me old one with chai tea inside and they got the full money. I am giving this one star to Mathew who works over there , such a horrible experience, never go at this location
