I was in the drive through, waited for like 5mins in front of the screen for the lady to come take my order then I asked for two veggie habanero bowls and two small choc creamychills with double cream instead I got two wraps, then i went around back to the window and the indian lady in red shirt started arguing instead of hearing my concern and said that I asked for two wraps but I don’t eat wraps. I asked if not the bowls then If i could just get the refund. I gave back the food and i also tried give the drinks back then there was this other employee at the window too who said “MAKE HIM PAY FOR THE DRINKS”. I was so dumbstruck at that moment. I just went there with my girlfriend to get some food and drinks to enjoy but they made me feel so disrespected. I would never go there again. I really hope they treat their customers better.

Asked for slow cooked chicken in the loaded bowl due to a gluten allergy and without telling me, they swapped the type of chicken for the breaded crispy chicken as they were out of slow cooked. The male/female (couldn’t tell) employee who refunded us had a concerning look on its face, like it needed medical attention or something, maybe it ate all the chicken and is sick now….. not sure, wipe that look off your face sweetie!Dietary restrictions: Was served food that is dangerous for me to consume due to being allergic to gluten. They didn’t tell me they changed the type of chicken and I almost ate it which would have sent me to the hospital

I ordered a medium decaffeinated coffee and a raisin bran muffin and stood waiting for my order. Staff gave me my coffee, but reluctantly did not give me my muffin. Others who came in and ordered after me received their orders, while I still stood there waiting. Finally, the staff brought out a bag and said bran muffin... so I went to take it, and she snatched it from me saying no, it's not yours, I stated that I haven't received mine yet. She then looks at me and says, "Oh, I thought that she (referring to the other staff that has been on cash the whole time) had given you your muffin." This absolutely rude employee has seen me standing there the whole time waiting, actually..., she's the one who gave me my coffee. She didn't even ask the numerous times that she gave all the other customers their orders if I were waiting for something else. Very rude... very unprofessional. I will be telling people about this location and how they treat their customers.
