This place is simply the best! Their coffee is always rich and smooth, and the donuts are fresh and delicious every time. The staff are friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasure. Whether it’s a quick breakfast or a coffee break, it’s a 10/10 experience every time.

Ridiculous BS. EVERY TIME I go here they screw up my order. I will NEVER stop at this location again. Not even if my life depended on it. Outrageous. Hopefully they either pull their heads out of their ass or get shut down.

They need to check more with their staff and the bad attitude they have with their customers, even when they ruin your order, they get angry. For the two girls who attended me, thank you for the bad attitude you gave me, laughing and speaking in your language.
I asked for a plain croissant with butter and they gave me a bagel, when I told her that that’s not what I ordered she replied: so you want the bagel or not. I said no because I didn’t order that and she got mad about it. What kind of attitude is that.?

TFW/LMIA abusing location. Filled with "student" employees. Barely speak English. Rude. Orders constantly wrong. I complained about my bagel from the day before, and today I get this mangled bagel for lunch. Management does not care. Stay away from this place at all costs.

right by my school. won’t even let me bring my own water bottle in. workers are so slow yet there’s so many of them. all students including me get yelled at because they only want a certain amount of people in there. at least be respectful about it. they don’t warm up or cut my bagels anymore. very mean workers. i’ve had the old people tell me they’re crazy before.
Line up inside was long! Took a long time to get service at the counter. One person at first than a second came to help on second register. Counted 7 people working the drive true all customers should get prompt service not just the drive through !

Coffee, need I say more?
went to go with my friends. my friend ordered a cheese croissant for me. the lady said she’d call out when it was ready. we waited for 10 minutes and no call. my friend went to ask what was taking so long and the lady said she called it and no one came so she threw it out. she clearly did not call it out as me and all my friends were listening out for it. the lady who was working was angry and frustrated with a mistake SHE made and did not want to prepare us a new croissant. although she did make us a new one after asking twice, it wasn’t warmed even though we specifically asked for it that way. it’s also frustrating that they have a student rule. students are just as much humans as anyone else. we aren’t able to stand outside in the freezing cold for thirty minutes waiting for your slow ass service and it’s ridiculous that you expect us too. we’re children. i sure as hell bet that if YOUR kid had to stand outside in all weather conditions for long periods of time because you just can’t accept the fact that teenagers are gonna come to your establishment you’d be pissed off. no teenagers are the same. fix this.

I went this afternoon to grab coffee. I was in a rush and didnt open the cap until i got home and i see that the cup was literally missing quarter of the coffee. Not only that i asked the worker to warm up my croissant twice but she gave me attitudes and still my croissant wasn’t warm. Terrible service never going to this location again.
Slow service. 4 people at the front two working drive-through. Stood in line for 10 mins before I got service. And when I explained my order I had to repeat myself multiple times for her to understand what I wanted. Won't be returning.

Avoid this location if you can! They only care about pushing numbers!
I started coming here every morning before work. I always order a Steeped Tea and a donut. Then for my morning break at work, I would go back and get another tea. When I first started this routine with this location, it was great. About 3 or 4 months ago, it stopped being great. I now usually skip my morning tea and donut, and go to a different location on my break.
I started noticing the change when my order was never right anymore, and I felt I was being 'rushed' through. When you pull up to the speaker from the drive thru now, you never get a friendly greeting. It's always the quickest, most rushed, "whatsyourorder". They hear you, say OK, and "Drive thru". Then I always have to be like, "can I also get a donut?". They also LOVE to as you what's your order, all while they are doing something else. Example:
Me: Can I please get a Large Steeped Tea Double Double.
Them: Pull ahead.
Me: Can I also get a donut please?
Them: What was in the tea?
Like, Ok??? Why ask what I want, if you aren't ready to take the order?? I do say my order one at a time as well, in hopes if I slow it down a bit, they will hopefully get my order correct. That is not the case anymore.
This morning in particular, I decided to stop in. I don't even know what the women said because it was said so quickly, but I started to place my order. I asked for a Large Steeped Tea with 2 milk and 3 sugar. I pull ahead, pay for my order and get my tea. As I pull away, I see that it says, DM (meaning Double Milk) on my lid. Nothing about sugar. So, I taste it, and sure enough, my order is wrong. Within seconds, I pull back around saying my order was made incorrectly, and repeat my order. I get told to pull around. I pull up to the window, they take my original tea back, and make me a correct one. Or so I thought, as I was at the window, they handed me a bagged tea, not steeped tea. I had to tell them again. After the 3rd attempt, I finally received the correct order.
All they care about are their numbers, and how fast they can get people through drive-thru. They don't care if the order is correct, just as long as they got you through quickly. They even pre-toast their bagels. So, if you order a toasted bagel with butter, the bagel is cold and the butter doesn't even melt. I know this because when I place the order at the speaker, and it's the last item I order, and then pull ahead to the window and no one is ahead of me. The bagel is already at the window wrapped. The toaster doesn't work that fast.
As of today, I will no longer be visiting this location. I would much rather drive to the better locations (Queenston & Nash, they are fast, and the order is correct. Every. Time. or the location at Barton & Lake, my order is always correct here.)
