When we walked in, a group of young guys were already struggling to retrieve a phone that had accidentally fallen behind the wall bench and become wedged between the bench and the wall.
Seeing this, I went to the counter to ask staff for assistance even something simple like a tool, utensil, or any long object to help fish the phone out. The response was shocking. I was met with visible disdain, dismissive attitudes, and even dirty looks while being told they couldn’t do anything.
No effort. No problem-solving. No concern.
I asked for the manager, who came out equally disengaged and stated that cutting the board could be an option but that it would cost too much as if the cost outweighed a customer’s personal property being stuck due to the layout of the seating.
The complete rudeness and lack of care from both staff and management was unreal. This wasn’t about blame it was about basic decency, accountability, and customer service.

Similar to another customer’s experience, we stood in line for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by the staff to order, while multiple cars in the drive thru were attended to. There were at least four staff working behind the counter while three of them were working the drive thru. There was one other customer in the store waiting for their order. When we were finally acknowledged by the staff, I tried to order a chai tea latte and was told the machine was out of order. We had also planned to purchase a gift card as well but decided to just leave after such a poor experience. If you have time to go to another Tim Hortons, bypass this one entirely. It’s by far the worst one I’ve ever been to.

Maybe the worst Tim Hortons in Hamilton the workers are incredibly rude to the poor students I got my food and sat down and a group of students were getting yelled at because one of them didn’t buy anything when I went to order the workers were yelling at each other about who broke the ice cap machine and they got my order wrong and when I told them they rolled there eyes and started whispering to eachother I also had to clean my own table and the washroom had diarrhea all over the toilet if your looking for the most ignorant and rude workers in Hamilton this is your place for you and it’s even worse that there all pushing 30 still working at Tim’s and behaving like children I will never come here again.

me and a group of friends walked into this Tim Hortons an instantly was treated with disrespect we were kicked out for doing nothing, even though we ordered food from their store we were done a minute, but instantly got kicked out. There’s nothing wrong with clearing the store for other customers we were gonna leave, but it was really rude. How to kick us out immediately and was yelling at us and threatening to call the cops, even though we nothing wrong. i’ve been to many Tim Hortons in my lifetime, but never once been disrespected this much. it’s a shame of what Canada has come to.

The most disappointing service Me and my friend visit this time hortons today around 5.50 from drive thru There is a girl who is very rude she even didn’t know how to talk with customers and how to take the order, I order three coofee 2 small and one medium she bring opposite of the order and even talk very rudly, instead of saying sorry she show attitude, which is not good, she is doing her job so she must have nice with all, which she didn’t That is the worse place and worse service that i got in my life.

Literally worst Tim's ever im a student who goes to the highschool right next to thus Tim's I go from time to time for food and/or drinks. I js went and had one of the wort experiences ever, as soon as I walk in with my gf we are yelled at to leave saying only 3 students aloud but as I look around there's 5 or 6 students sitting in there so why am I getting yelled about a student limit when they aren't even following it to begin with, all I wanted was soup and then I was leaving but they kept just screaming at me to leave calling me disrespectful and rude when they Literally screamed at me as soon as I got in. Worst Tim's ever save your time dont go here
