Such a refreshing experience. Finally, a Tim’s where communication is understood, amazing happy staff and great food!! I’ll def com route of my way to grab my coffees at this location

Literally worst Tim's ever im a student who goes to the highschool right next to thus Tim's I go from time to time for food and/or drinks. I js went and had one of the wort experiences ever, as soon as I walk in with my gf we are yelled at to leave saying only 3 students aloud but as I look around there's 5 or 6 students sitting in there so why am I getting yelled about a student limit when they aren't even following it to begin with, all I wanted was soup and then I was leaving but they kept just screaming at me to leave calling me disrespectful and rude when they Literally screamed at me as soon as I got in. Worst Tim's ever save your time dont go here

I go to this Tim Hortons every morning and it’s always fast and efficient. Friendly staff especially Karen! She makes a good start to me and my kids day! Always makes us smile! Keep smiling Karen, you are the kind of people we need more of! Thank you for your friendly service.

Takes forever and orders always late
I’ve honestly never had such a disappointing experience at a Tim Hortons. The staff were extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of offering good customer service, they used foul language and acted like serving customers was a burden. It’s frustrating when you come in expecting a simple coffee and snack, but you’re treated with zero respect. This kind of behavior completely ruins the experience. I won’t be coming back to this location, and I’d recommend others think twice before going here too.

Service is quite slow, they've gotten my order wrong several times, though I try to be patient. They are rude to students, (though I'm not talking about the 3 students at a time rule or disrespectful students.) Most of the time I've been in there we had to clean the tables ourselves.
The 3 student at time rule is also so stupid. Because I keep getting skipped ahead in line by others even though I waited outside in the cold for over a half hour.
I no longer tip, and honestly if you're a students don't go here, the staff has no respect for you if you're in a school uniform. :]

I went there this morning and when I asked to change my scrambled egg wrap to a Ryan’s box the window worker Brianna gave me a dirty look rolled her eyes then I heard the workers say “she wants to change her wrap to a box, what an idiot, just tell her we don’t have enough scrambled eggs.” After, I sat there and saw MULTIPLE people getting boxes. Now this wouldn’t have been an issue if they left out the snarky and rude comments. You are in customer service so put on that fake smile and serve me my food. You are there to serve me, so do so.

i’m sorry, but all of the Tim Hortons across Ontario are slowly going Through the ground. And I think we all know why. The people they are choosing to hire do not care about the Household name and about making people happy and The specific details behind each order. Today I stopped by my grandmother’s house we both live in that area by the Tim Hortons and I saw she had one bite out of her bagel taken. I asked why she didn’t finish it. She said they forgot to toast it. As I was leaving her house and about to go on the road, I decided instead of driving all the way to Starbucks I was going to Tim Hortons because it’s been a while since I’ve had it. (Mind you my background is that I worked at Tim Hortons for my first job in high school for three years, I don’t like going anymore because it’s not the same as when I worked there) I ordered a large iced cap with extra whipped cream. The girl thought I wanted two ice caps one with cream one without. I said “extra whipped cream” she said “oh you just want one iced cup with extra cream” I said “WHIPPED cream”. She said oh sorry. Ivan said I wanted a toasted four cheese bagel with herb and garlic, cream cheese, low and behold, I get my bagel and it’s not toasted. I saw on the menu before driving up that it said toasted. When I worked at Tim Hortons, the person that was making your sandwiches or bagels also has a headset on and can hear everything. There is also a screen that says toasted in big letters. This is just negligence And someone that doesn’t care at this point. Or maybe it’s because a lot of these new workers don’t understand what we are saying half the time. Which, by the way, it is not a microphone or headphone issue because when I worked at Tim Hortons, we could literally hear every single thing that you say in the drive-through and whispered to everyone else in the car. You need to hire better workers Or ones that understand what you say the first time And only put those people on make and take orders.

I love your customer service and staff is amazing. This is only location which never got my order wrong, just once and they fixed it right away.
I get my morning coffee from here every morning and I love the friendly staff that I talk to every morning. Karen is the nicest woman you could ever meet and she always makes sure my order is made correct! Afternoon staff isn't the best but the ladies in the morning are awesome

I love and adore Karen! She is very friendly not just with me, everyone! While I wait for my order her tone and friendly manner projects to everyone. I must admit drive thru about 2 years ago was slow 🐢, something changed! It's much quicker now!
