This place never turns on the wheelchair access buttons for their doors. Makes it very difficult for people with strollers to get in. I do not use a wheelchair but I imagine it's even more frustrating for someone who does.

I visit this place more often especially during my weekends and I find both Julius and princes who work there in the evening shits are amazing with their service.
The coffee and the food they make are simply superb and I highly recommend this Tim’s especially in this location to get the best service by Julius and princes.

Everytime i came Gurjeet got my order right. There are other locations in stoney creek they never satisfied me. Quality of food is always good. Tonight i was warm welcomed by Gurjeet. She is very nice. 🤗

What makes this particular Tim's special is the guy that works the drive thru every night. Julius is the nicest guy, and he makes me smile every time I see him. I'm a working joe too, night shift. He recognizes me every time, and its like saying hi to a friend before my commute to work. If you see him at the drive thru (Philipino dude) tell him Iced Coffee says hi!

I come here every single day It's a great location but the service is awful The staff is busy with the drive thru orders. It would take up to 5min to have someone show up to take your order The accessibility front door button is out of service for weeks at least. I inform the staff on a daily basis but nobody seems to care about disabled people....

Absolutely abysmal service. Management is never present during any visit to this location. Understaffed is obvious. They will process your order and take your money but leave you waiting for indeterminate times.
