Hi, I always come in the early morning and ordered five drinks. Sometimes the employees get confused in my drinks, but from last I guess two weeks a lady name probably start by G I guess GURJEET she got it every time right and she take my order very politely and always greet me with a smile. She is very nice. I guess she is workingat night every time I see her only in nights even I visit the Tim Hortons in the morning too because. This Tim Hortons’s management should train their new hire employee like her. She makes Tim Hortons proud!!!!!!!!

The drive thru staff needs to stoo speaking a different language thru the window, it's rude! Also they need to pay attention to orders. Steep tea has milk, not black!

And again the new hire doesn't know how to use the scan and pay feature. What is so difficult about showing them how to use the systems YOU implement?? Figure it out!!

Brewing coffee at night is often disappointing, and I’ve witnessed this multiple times in the past few weeks. They serve cold, leftover coffee at night, which is unacceptable.

Updated: Guest services reached out, thanked me for feedback, and said they’ve sent my concerns to the owner. And that the owner may, or may not, contact me about it, and if he doesn’t there isn’t anything they can do about it.
Why respond to a review by telling me to contact someone else, just for them to tell me they have also contacted you? All that did was waste my time.
A refund of the product, along with the apology, would have been a more appropriate response.
Insects on the food here, and watered down glaze at another location.. we used to love Timmies, but this steady decline in both quality and service is unacceptable.
Noticed this one after we had all eaten a few. When I brought it to the attention of the staff they didn’t really say or do anything. I had to ask to have them replaced they didn’t offer it or a refund. I was on my way to a wedding lunch with a group so didn’t have the time to escalate. I understand flies get in, but this is unacceptable.

Staff lacks people skills. I was charged more than what I was suppose to and when I asked for the reason. None seemed interested to resolve the issue and made me wait just to tell me to wait and see if that transaction gets cancelled.

My Tim Hortons review of this location is because it's close to me. I have watched Tim's change over 45 years and it will never be what it was. They used to bake on site and the donuts were awesome,now they suck. The company has jumped on the green band wagon and it makes them look like fools. They put paper straws in big plastic cups. If you're so concerned why not put ice capps in paper cups like your coffee cups🤔 the only thing good about this Tims is the employees which I commend. They are hard working and try their best with what they have.

I can’t even rate the food considering i walked in they looked at me and stood around. They were not cleaning or serving customers. I tried to get their attention and they looked at me then went back to talking. After waiting for around 15 minutes i walked out. There were multiple staff members working, sorry not working they were socializing. I’m sorry when did this become acceptable.

The staff is extremely slow even after waiting 20 min I could not get a simple coffee which they asked me to wait more minutes as they did not register my order. Highly disappointed. So I had to move because I was already late for work which I work at night.
