This place needs to work on their times and reading. I was at the drive thru window for aeven minutes. Asked for extra bacon, and got this mess. I paid extra and waited for a while and was given garbage. Do better

Rude, rude, rude! I understand working fast food isn't always sunshine and rainbows, especially at a college but I'm always "greeted" with attitude and cut off with "is that everything?" before I can even finish my order.

Last week I was waiting for my coffee after I received my donut and waived one of the workers down after noticing they were serving customers who came after me. I received a "what the hell are you still here for?". I responded that I'm waiting for my coffee still and was told "you have to remind me dude, I have a million things on the go here." I didn't realise this was my responsibility.

During that same order while waiting for my coffee; the same lady who told me that I need to remind her to make my coffee screams across the auditorium at another student claiming he stole his coffee. Another cashier told her that he did in fact pay and the student wasn't even met with an apology.

I can understand someone having a bad day but it's like this everytime I go here. I've worked retail and food service before and know it sucks but that is what you signed up for. Grow up and at least act like you give half a ****.

Ordered a medium iced coffee and I received this sad excuse of a drink. It tasted watery and bland and it took less than a minute for all the ice to melt in the drink and even then it was still lukewarm.

I go there twice a week and sometimes they forget some of my order sometimes the coffee not fresh until yesterday it was a hair inside the cookie as my granddaughter eating it that was it no more going to that place.

Since the new crew took over this semester. It's a totally different atmosphere the workers are happy and alway cheerful.. they make sure if the order isn't right they fix it. Don't let the previous reviews ruin a chance to have a great service... ?

This is the slowest Tim Hortons drive thru I’ve been to, if you go inside it’s even slower. I’ve waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, now I leave my house 20 minutes early if I need to stop here to avoid being late to wherever I’m going. The service is mediocre on a great day and the preparation of food is poor.
