As others reviews have pointed out, this location is always nice and clean from my personal experiences. The staff are extremely friendly as well.
My only complaint is that the dining room hours aren't posted online or at the front door, making it confusing for people who think the dining area might be 24 hour. If something could be done to make sure people know, that would be ideal.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I love Tim Hortons! Tim Hortons is honestly one of my favorite places to go. The people who work there are always really nice, and my order is always right. I usually get an iced coffee or a hot chocolate, and it’s always super good. The donuts and Timbits are so yummy too — I could eat a whole box! It’s just a nice place to hang out with friends or grab something before school. Everything tastes fresh and it always makes my day a little better. Totally recommend it!

I give a minus 100 for this location. My husband used the bathroom and it was disgusting and he had to leave the door open for some light. It's like they're trying to save energy with a 10 watt light bulb. I waited 15 for a steeped tea the lineup was huge I don't mean to be racist but brown people came in and they were served right away and they didn't have to wait I'm going to try to avoid this location at all costs absolutely disgusted

Recently visited this Tim Hortons during my trip to Ontario, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. I really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the place was they constantly checked and wiped down the tables, keeping everything spotless. The service was quick, the food and coffee were fresh, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and comfortable.
Very clean and new. Plenty of seatings, very nice comfortable location. I will revisit and recommend to my family as a stop location to rest and have a meal

We stopped by this Tim Hortons at Service Rd in Stoney Creek on our way to Niagara, and it turned out to be such a great little stop.
We ordered a couple of coffees and a box of Timbits — everything was fresh, warm, and exactly what we needed for the drive. The place itself was super clean, bright, and nicely maintained, with plenty of seating and a welcoming vibe.
The staff were super friendly and cheerful, greeting everyone with a smile and making sure orders came out quickly. You could tell they really care about keeping things running smoothly.
It’s one of those locations where you actually feel good about stopping for a quick break — great service, clean space, and fresh food. We’ll definitely make this our go-to spot whenever we’re driving to Niagara!
