I've been here a few times now, and there is always a long wait for items (and I'm not exaggerating). Today I got an iced coffee with the bailey's syrup mixed in (they specially made it since I asked because they don't offer it on the menu) and I couldn't taste it at all. When she put it on the counter she just said iced coffee so it's possible they didn't put any of the syrup in even though I paid extra for it. I've had it before so I know what it should taste like. In addition, the iced coffee tasted like it was heavily watered down. It was not drinkable. I've multiple times had issues with iced coffee not tasting the way it should. I honestly don't want to come here anymore because it feels like a waste of money.

Bathrooms are disgusting and no toilet paper. Then we waited for service at the counter. We waited for 8 mins to be served and we were first in line. It appeared that all of the people working there were tending to the drive through.

I have been going to your location since it opened with the same order Monday to Friday with 1 large coffee and 2 medium coffees. The last month or so I have only been getting 1 large coffee. Most days I pay with debit. But there’s been an occasional day where I pay with cash. Coming to yesterday and today Oct 31 and Nov 1 I paid with cash. $5 bill both times. A large coffee is $2.15 from what I thought. Both days i received the wrong change of $1.75. Is the cashier purposely cutting my change short by a dollar thinking people don’t look at their change? I am so disgusted by this behaviour. I would like someone to reach out to me asap or I will be escalating.

I had a cup containing an ice cap handed to me that had a large vertical cut (almost appeared to be cut with a razor blade). As the ice cap melted it started to seep out of this cut, and dripped all over my seat, dress pants, uniform shirt and in the center console.

I have attempted to contact the online customer care with my issue, they said they have escalated it to the store, the store has not contacted me. This happened on Sept 22nd, and all my emails to the customer care team keep claiming the store has been instructed to contact me. My attempts to contact the store via the number listed on Google maps have not worked.

I would appreciate Tim Hortons customer care would resolve this issue instead of delaying a resolution.

It's absolutely ridiculous that I just had to wait 10 minutes for two hashbrowns. You guys pumped 20 people through the drive-through and completely set aside the people who take the time to come inside the restaurant. Absolutely shameful. Do better.
