The service was disappointing. The toilet was unclean and had a strong odor. The cashier wasn’t attentive to our order and kept insisting we ordered something we didn’t. Additionally, no receipt was provided.

I visited this location at 10.15 pm and order for
Everything bagels and wondering when
employee said we don’t have bagels except
Cinnamon forcefully I order for it.
Your location is open 24 hours and you should
keep few bagels as it’s a most running item.
Not at all happy with this.

Aug9/2025 10am, Not much people here today so the service flow is pretty fast. Male washroom at the moment the urinal was broken so better use the gender neutral washroom instead. Lots of nice, kind people working here. They get full 5 starts!!

I ordered iced coffee and asked for customisation but girl name shah she gave me regular iced coffee. Even i asked for less ice snd she put regular ice and even she forgot to add Espresso foam. When I told her my coffee is without espresso and with full ice, she is not ready to listen.

The store is very busy today. Huge line up not for the counter but for the washrooms.
People made this location as their washrooms pitstop. I come here all the time. I don't like that this store became a washrooms for everyone.

I can't help myself but asked for the manager of the day. Lois is very nice. She listened to me. She is also aware that some sit-in customers can't use the washroom. Extra dirts that the passers by brought to the store without spending there, the washroom become filthy. Imagine one person after another and some families too. So how many toilet papers and extra water that these people used that added up to the over head expense of the store. The owner should think about this.

I have been to the other Tim Hortons locations and the washroom is for customers only. Time to provide a key for the customers only.

I am sorry for the passers by.

Short staff considering a weekend. Very slow service, customers are standing in the queue over 15 mins to get their cashier and then again some extra time to the order ready. Not impressive at all. The owner needs to increase the staff to ensure better service
