Not the workers fault for a drive thru taking 14 mins, as they are understaffed always, and don’t make much — doesn’t surprise me the turn over rate is so high. Having said that, customers should not wait in the drive thru for exactly 14 mins, with 6 cars ahead. The point of their business model is to be fast and convenient, which ultimately justifies their high prices (for their shrunken food).
It should be significantly less if it’s slow and not convenient, and super small.
It’s not the owners fault but holy the portions are pathetic now.

Wish I could give 0 stars. This is one of the worst Tim's in existence and I avoid it as much as I can. I have to repeat my order about 5 times for it to be wrong anyway. Somehow I've recieved a cold burnt bagel. Food is always stale. Customer service is always poor. Do yourself a favor and never come here

Very disappointed with this Tim Hortons. They barely have anything available every time I go, and I constantly get the wrong order. It’s really frustrating. The management seriously needs to look into this location — it’s getting worse instead of better.
