Just came here for a quick stop, got a alrge iced coffee and a ice capp, disgusting the icecap was like slimy or as if sum1 was spitting in it n the iced coffee tasted like straight water, disgusted with this place should be closed down

Be honest, i would never visit such kind of tim Hortons in my life in canada. Because my frd and me were waiting for 15 min for getting a coffee in the evening today. The guy and a girl were working there i asked 2 times that boy and 3 times a girl but they didn't listen me at all. They were ignoring us and took a drive thru order. We left the place without getting a coffee.
Top of that after few minuts one lady came and the guy took a order and surved within a minute. When i went back to tell them, then i found around 5 person overthere with on duty manager. I aksed why they did like that, then manager ( girl) told me you are not talking nicely. She said if you want to take order then i will help u out otherwise i won't .

Burnt my bagel this is the second time I was going to eat for my lunch drove there to come back faster before my break finishes and here I am eating burnt bagel please don't do that I paid for this if you see the food is burnt don't just hand out to people
