I went to this location, very poorly managed very unorganized, staff looked miserable. I ordered a bagel with butter cream cheese and there was barley anything on it, coffe tasted old, just felt very rushed. I know it can be very busy but it felt like pay your stuff and get out not satisfied. Not welcomed

Pre ordered two farmers wraps 25 mins before breakfast is supposed to be done. Only gave us one and on it was lettuce and tomato even though that’s not what’s on a farmers wrap. Then sent us to a different tims because they couldn’t serve the rest of order.

I just attempted to order a large cup of ice water to go along with my $14 order. And was told they can only sell me a small cup. This is strange considering I was a long time Tim Hortons employee and never heard such a rule. A Tim Hortons boycott is going to happen if the customer service levels keep falling while corporate greed continues to rise.

Apparently Jeff or Greg the Owner, (I cant remember) wont let you buy a large cup of ice water at this location with your order. But will gladly take the 10 cents for a small cup???. This is because apparently this isn't a dine in location. Yet im looking at the dine in tables...... another reason I was told is because they sell bottled water and he loses profits off of the bottled water when customers opt for a cup of water instead. Amazing Customer service (thats sarcasm) from a Greedy owner who would rather squeeze you for every penny rather than have a happy customer. 9:20pm August 19th. If you read this. Ask for a cup of water instead of bottled. Save yourself some money. Sincerely a once loyal customer of this location.
The staff is not trained enough for servicing coffee. I tried to use my points but they had said I already paid they should have asked before I paid if I had points to use. I also had to ask for a straw because she had forgotten to give me one. She as well did not apologize for forgetting.

Went there and ordered a large coffee and large tea and they decided it should just be one extra large tea. I worked at time hortons for over ten years. It's coffee not rocket science
