Horrible staff! I’m extremely shocked and disappointed with the way the staff treat costumers and had nothing baked at all at 7:00 am. (November 6th ) There is no reason to not have a single thing baked when you’ve been open for 2 hours! (Also isn’t there Specific Jobs for bakers?)
The worst part about my experience was the way the lady spoke to me when she was taking my order and at the window. Once I got to the drive thru window and I said it’s 7:00 am how isn’t there anything baked and she started screaming at me and told me they open at 5:00am and there is another Tim hortons 5 minutes down the street. (Also completely out of my way or I would’ve went there) Very disappointed in this Tim hortons because I used to actually really like the staff there. I don’t think they should have that girl working for them and representing their business if she can’t handle a simple conversation or have anything baked for them 2 hours into the shift.
