Visited this store this morning to grab white hot chocolate with 2 exp. Shot and to get plain croissant with hashbrown. First i got beagle instead of croissant. When i checked my coffee i got hot chocolate. Really disappointed..

I was a regular to this location on the daily as it's practically across the road from my workplace but I'll not be visiting this location nor any Tim Hortons again (not only due to this situation, I'd rather not put more money into the pockets of such corporations that exploit it's workforce).
I visited on October 2, my usual is either a double-double or a double-double with an old fashioned plain donut (or sometimes a blueberry muffin). On this day I went through the drive thru as usual before work but I was charged for someone else's order which tallied $10.86. Two months later and I am still trying to resolve this issue. I am done with Tim Horton's that is sadly not even Canadian anymore. I will purposely avoid it and go to the nearest McDonald's to enjoy a hot coffee even though they are not as conveniently located.
Update: Thank you for that scripted reply, been there done that, several times via email and phone, I've visited the location only to be turned around to contact "guest services" and then be told to visit the location to have it resolved.

Terrible experience. Ordered a large order and I will never go back here again. I ordered 2 weeks in advance and also called them the night before to remind them and confirm. I tried many times to call the manager and no one called me back. Awful environment and atrocious service.
If I can give you a zero I will. We stopped by at this store. I ordered 10 pcs of glazed chocolate munchkins for my son who hasn't eaten breakfast since we are going to do a long drive. I am very specific that I said "10 pcs of glazed CHOCOLATE munckins!" The guy who prepared just grabbed this stupid unflavored munchkins, and he only gave me 9. Don't ever step in here. These people are not attentive and it looks like they are still sleeping mentally. I even asked if they sell an instant coffee of Tim Hortons but they don't know what it is. You are ruining company's reputation. Rest assured, I will let my family members and friends know not to step a foot in this shop.

Like most tim Hortons, they have 3 people on the drive through and 1 person, who doesn't know the menu, on cash. It takes 10+ minutes to get your order taken up front but 30 seconds to get served in the drive through, again nothing special, just another tim

Don’t get a festive latte from this Tim Hortons when unable to make the drink and have already paid the “manager” expected me to pay again for a different latte… so I have to pay double because you can’t do your job!
