I have been to turtle jack water down before and that was one of the worst restaurant experience I had in my life. Hence to be very honest I really didn't have any expectations neither wanted to go into their Winona restaurant BUT guess what the pleasant and clean atmosphere gave me positive vibe as soon as I got in. The staffs were welcoming,so sweet. The food was delicious and overall it was a great dining experience. Iam definitely getting back here any chance I get!!

I cannot express enough how great this restaurant experience was.

The food was amazing--from appetizers to dinner.

Lastly--but not lastly--the service from Spencer was the best! He was attentive the entire not, giving us great attention and service, always checking on us. Thank you Spencer and Turtle Jacks 🐢!

Passed by Turtle Jack's so many times and finally decided to stop in..Carole was our server and patiently went over some dinner options we might enjoy..we were so happy we decided to go!..food and service was excellent!..wait until you see the dessert options..fried ice-cream, homemade butter tart, sticky toffee pudding, skor brownie and turtle pie..I think I'm in love!

On Labour day we went to our favorite TJ's at Winona crossing. We were going to sit on the patio but the benches in the booth we were seated at are severely wore out and sagging. Also the litter and garbage on the floor was unacceptable. We asked to be seated inside the bar area. Staff was terrific. Unfortunately again the food and litter around the table was rediculus. It would appear nobody was monitoring the cleanliness last evening. I ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich. Sent it back, very oily, greasy and no flavour. Not even spicy as advertised. Changed to Turkey and goat cheese on a nan bread. It was excellent. We do enjoy this restaurant and I hope this was a one off. Management needs to be more diligent
