We absolutely lucked out with this visit to Turtle Jacks. We stopped in for a late lunch, early dinner and had the entire restaurant to our selves. The food was excellent and the service was great. Our server was one of the best we have had in a long time. She was a very pleasure young lady. We would definitely stop in again.

We stopped there at random, driving from Buffalo to Toronto. It was a pleasant surprise. The food was really good, and so was the service.
It was my daughter's birthday and they gifted her a surprise dessert.
Also, this is the first place that ever did the following: while we were waiting for our food, they served the kids healthy snacks (carrots and such), knowing kids are always hungry and less patient. Loved it! So smart!

There was a bunch of us from the office taking a new coworker to lunch. The food was excellent and the service was great. Friendly and quick and we were back at the office within 95 minutes. I highly recommend Turtle Jacks for a great fast fun lunch or dinner!!

Bland, flavourless and uninspired. This is not a criticism of our server Lauren who was exceptional and would thrive in any environment, I'm certain. It's a review of mediocre, overpriced food that you could easily make better at home, which unfortunately has been a consistent issue across the TJ's brand since their inception. We were miles from home, it was late, the kids were hungry and there weren't many non-fast food options available along our route. Our kids had pizza and soggy fries that could easily be surpassed by any school cafeteria. My wife had spinach dip, which may as well have come from a can at a quarter of the cost. And I had a braised short rib pasta that was completely lacking in flavour. To top it off, they charged extra for two minuscule pieces of stale garlic toast that was days old and hard to chew. All this for an astonishing $103 plus tip. Dining out should be an experience, with food that is thoughtfully prepared by chefs who take pride in their creations using fresh ingredients and bold unique flavours. In contrast, the food at Turtle Jack's always seems as if minimal effort was put into its preparation. This is not the first time I've been disappointed with a visit to Turtle Jack's, but you can bet it will be the last.

The worst delivery service I ever seen every time I have to wait more then 30 minutes to get the order and the staff don’t help me with anything every time I try to ask about the order no one try to help me bad experience in this location

Food taste is good but veggie portions are stingy, not generous whatsoever for the price. But heavy on the plain rice of course.
