ordered s 24 slice pizza with 1 item on line. Half an item on one side and another half item on the other When i went to the store to pick it up, i was told that it was going to be more. I was going to be charged for 2 items. No i was not going to pay for 2 items when one half plus one half is one whole item. I said that if that was the case, i would not be buying this pizza. I was told that the computer made the error .If so, the employee should have caught that and fixed the error before i got there. I should not have had to make an issue out of this. I will not be ordering from twice the deal again

Just the delivery times. I don't live far from the pizza place and it seems as though they only have one driver at peak times. The 2 last orders I've received have been over 1.5 hours and when I called all they can say was traffic is bad. Kinda disappointing. This definitely discourages me from buying from them often.

My boyfriend and I used to frequent here for slices and pizzas at least once if not twice a week. The previous owners were amazing and always super helpful. Unfortunately with the new owners we have decided to not go anymore. The prices have gone up, half the time there’s no slices ready and when there are they are cold and sub par. The sauce and cheese has changed and seems cheaper as well as the quality and customer service has drastically declined. We used to always get an extra large pizza, two pops, and two dips for $11.99, we even got people to order pizza from here when living above the mountain because of how good it used to be with the previous owners. The prices aren’t even close now. If i’m paying more from the same place I expect better quality not worse. Sad what the new owners have turned this into.
