The last two times I've used the drive thru, they've gotten my order wrong. It wasn't until I was at home before I noticed - just a little frustrating. On a positive note, i noticed tonight that I had no issues understanding the person working, they're English was spot on. I was also provided with plenty of napkins and ketchup packets, definitely not the case when others are working.

Went to this location for an evening snack. The staff was extremely sweet. My order was served super quick and was very fresh! Thanks guys!
This location seemed to be understaffed when we ate inside. The manager seemed incredibly overwhelmed which delayed us in getting two meals in a timely manner. The restaurant was clean.
Parking: Very awkward parking lot. It’s big but just designed poorly.
Kid-friendliness: They offer kids meals.

I wanted to use an in-app credit against coupons or app offers (it did not say you couldn't you this in the fine print), but the manager refused, saying they would only apply the credit against full-priced menu items. I went to the other Wendy's on Upper Centennial and the person behind the counter had no issues whatsoever applying the credit against a coupon.

Man in a manager's uniform wiped his nose with his hand in front of me immediately before taking my food from someone else and bagging it. The kid could have easily thrown my fries in a bag himself, but the manager had to micromanage and get his snot in my food. Abhorrent. Both ignored me the entire interaction.
