If you go to this location for take out make sure to check it. This location continously can't make your burger right. You ask for no cheese and no onions and these idiots put cheese and onions on it every time. This location is pathetic just as the were when it was across the street with Tim Horton's.

I was yelled at and treated like a Skip driver to go to another window even though I placed a mobile order for myself.

The manager here apologized for our wait while she was assisting an elderly lady to her table.
We loved that she was worried about our service. But we were happy to wait while she went above and beyond for the customer that needed it!

I love this location but the diet coke and coke zero needs to be repaired they have been broken for nearly a month and taste like soda water . The staff has made the owner aware of this for.the last past 4 weeks but it doesn't appear to be repaired yet . This Is a great location and great staff but the services to the customer isn't being addressed regarding the diet coke and coke zero products . Please repair this asap I am forced to eat at Burger king across the street to get food and drinks until it is repaired

I was treated like a Skip Courier today rather than a Customer. I placed an order online for pickup as it’s convenient and as I came to the drive-thru she first stated they had “no order for online” so I drove up to the window where I was rudely met by a woman saying I had to come inside. Why even have drive-thru? I came in and was expecting a smile or at least an explanation. The window lady stared me down, and what seemed to be the manager (dude with glasses) had the food on the counter and bluntly asked “DELIVERY?” … no? I’m picking up my own order that I placed online for myself! Get your communication better over there, nobody should feel this way wanting to have a simple Saturday lunch. You’ve lost our Business!

I recently visited this Wendy’s with my two-year-old toddler on a hot day. When I asked for a cup of water for my child along with nuggets, the manager refused, insisting we buy bottled water. The interaction felt cold and dismissive, and there was an unsettling undertone of discriminatory behavior.

The lack of empathy and poor customer service overshadowed our entire visit. It’s disheartening to feel unwelcome, especially when accompanied by a young child.

- Standard Wendy’s menu

**Cons:**
- Poor customer service
- Unaccommodating management
- Potential discriminatory behavior

I hope Wendy’s addresses these issues, but for now, I’d recommend finding a more welcoming place to eat.

This is hands down the best Wendy's in Hamilton

The staff are unfriendly, racist and rude. I had an unpleasant experience dining at this location. This location also isn't the greatest. The restaurant had sticky floors all over. It is very small inside so it is definitely not ideal for dining in. I likely won't come back to this location due to the poor customer service I was given.

Our breakfast was so fresh and hot!! Loved it!! Don't mind waiting a few extra minutes for fresh food!! I'd rather wait for fresh food than get food that has been sitting around!!
