I ordered a bacon tea biscuit breakfast sandwich on my way home this morning around 9:45 am. When I got home, I got sausage instead of bacon, in which I cannot have. I was the only customer in the store, so it's not like they were busy and they still couldn't get that right. That's money I just threw into the garbage!! Thanks a lot!! I wasn't even given a receipt, so therefore, can't submit a complaint on their website (how convenient).

I will not return to the location!

My parents took my children to this Wendy’s location for lunch today, and unfortunately, they had a disappointing experience. My 10-year-old son came home visibly upset and described the staff, including the manager, as “lacking patience.”

According to him, the staff were rude to my mother, who is a Hispanic woman and speaks English as a second language. Her order was taken incorrectly, and instead of resolving the issue politely, the staff were dismissive and unkind when she asked for it to be corrected.

I’m concerned about how this situation was handled and hope that someone from head office will review the store’s security footage or speak with staff to ensure customers—especially those from diverse backgrounds—are treated with respect and courtesy.

I visited Wendy’s and asked for a veggie burger. The staff told me they didn’t have veggie patties but said they could “make one” for me. I asked how, and he explained he would use lettuce, onion, tomato, fries, etc. However, when I received the burger, it only had lettuce, onion, and tomato no fries or anything else to make it filling or satisfying.

I felt this was misleading and disappointing. It wasn’t just about me I noticed other dine-in customers also seemed unhappy with what they received. It feels like the store is not being honest or fair with customers. I hope the management looks into this and improves the quality and clarity of their service.

Food quality is fine but they constantly screw up the order and don't provide a receipt. Can't call them to complain because they don't answer the phone and the cell phone attached to the location has no voicemail.
