Cook's Pizza & Panzerotti

Quick service

First off they said they couldn’t make a half and half pizza( different toppings on either side), the same thing I ordered 3 weeks ago.
I got there about 5 min later than when the pizza was supposed to be ready, and seen 3 of mine done, but I had to wait an extra 30 min for the 4th one, because they forgot about it. My pizza was barely warm when I got home.

So the delivery driver was good, got a little lost but I’ll blame the girl on the phone.
I gave very clear instructions to find this back driveway to the property.
If you are going to make a bbq chicken, maybe pan sear some of the moisture out of the tomato, onion and pepper so that it doesn’t dilute the sauce to a watery consistency.
I delivered for this place for nearly 5 years under previous ownership, quality was far better.
Also, the dough on my bbq chicken was’nt even close to cooked thoroughly, because of all the water coming out of the toppings.
Like I said, I used to work for Kari when she owned it. She actually attention to her products.
Most likely won’t again, unless these new owners ask me to come in and train them on how to make an awesome pizza. An awesome that I used to get callled to deliver 20+ km away, for a $20 delivery fee plus a nice tip.
Shame, so may time I see places change ownership, and quality goes to s***

Amazing tasting and awesome tasting ingredients....I live in Port Burwell and I will drive the 13min to pick it up...I honestly can say that it's the best pizza in and around the area and even in the towns further away...The price you can't beat with all the quality and flavor of every item select for your order. The amazing young lady that took care of me made me feel so welcome and continued to have conversation with me while she worked and finished up the final items for my order...And to let others know the toppings for pizza are put under the cheese so I ask for toppings to be put on top of the cheese...they are a hometown pizza shop not a chain store or franchise restaurant....AMAZING FOOD.

The pizza is delicious, and for some reason I can’t get enough of the ranch dip. I dip everything in it haha.

Pizza and wings were excellent! We order often and the quality has become more consistent in recent months. Delivery was estimated surprisingly quick and arrived right on time! Young delivery gentleman(sorry didn't get his name) is so polite and pleasant!

Cooks Pizza have amazing food. Wings are amazing with the sweet chilli they are my personal favourites.also the poutine is amazing with the nice hot gravy and cheese. One of my favourite things here are the garlic fingers and the Mexican pizza., I love the variety they have when it comes to pizza. Trust me, if your going to get pizza in straffordville this is the place to get it

The past couple of pizzas I've gotten from Cook's have been disappointing. Crust is thin and nearly no pizza sauce. It's like there really cheeping out on the pizzas. Very disappointing.
