Small town bakeries are the best, and Country Bakery is no exception. Made a quick stop at the end of a Saturday and got a whole bunch of goodies at cheaper prices given they're closed on Sundays and Mondays. What a wonderful little shop. Ginger cookies were fabulous and the summer sausage is to die for. We will be back before heading home to BC to buy more sausage. Also the recipe book they sell in store has some wonderful recipes and I cant wait to try them.
