This was our first time at this cafe and we were very excited to try it out. We made a road trip out of it to experience the cafe as we had heard great things! The atmosphere was clean and inviting and the dessert was delicious. However, the rating in which I gave reflects the poor customer service we received. The latte we had ordered came with lipstick marks on the cup, and when it was mentioned to the barista, she seemed highly annoyed and didn’t acknowledge nor apologize for the instance. Instead, she threw the cup in the sink and made another one with no acknowledgment. This was incredibly unfortunate and put a damper on our Saturday afternoon adventure.

I ordered Salted caramel latte with grilled cheese melt and a Cashew cookie. Grilled cheese melt was good but very hard to bite on corners. The coffee was a great combination with the cookie. The flavour of cookie was melting in my mouth when i had the very first bite. Moreover, the vibe and aura of cafe was really good but it is really hard to get a seat during weekends. I think you should set some limit for sitting due to less seating area, so that everyone gets the same chance to enjoy.
